I am beyond disappointed with this company. Vector will NEVER work properly. The app doesn’t work 95% of the time, we had to replace the battery on a brand new one, we made it its own WiFi for 2.4 ghz. We contacted the company and they told us to use a THIRD PARTY website to bypass the vector system. THAT IS SHADY AND DISHONEST. We spent $100 in vector repairs, and then getting burned for $200 on Mercari because they wouldn’t let me return it. Don’t forget the monthly subscription you need to even make vector work. The micro transactions are WILD. You want to control him from your phone? Sub. Want him to be able to answer you? Sub. Want him to move? Sub. Almost $300 for a product that literally isn’t meant to work. They bought vector and have never provided updates to him or the app, yet they’re still selling him. Shame on this company.

Great quality son loves to play with vector

Don’t buy it. Being that the company that supposedly distributes this item has “server issues”, it doesn’t function properly. Everything that it’s advertised to do is a non-factor at that point. To even get it to POSSIBLY work, you have use a third party server, and THAT might not even work. It was a waste of money and time and I immediately set up the return policy, after only hours of owning it. Buy at your own risk, but don’t say you weren’t warned.
