The vertical skewer pan is sturdy, fun to use, relatively easy to clean, and being square fits in the oven well. Made tacos al Pastor in the oven for the first time and they turned out great. Dramatic look and would be great for a dinner party. Looking forward to some making gyros and shawarma in the near future.

This pan is great!! Sturdy, heavy weight and easy to clean. The only thing I wish is that it gave 3 sizes of skewers for the center instead of 2. When cooking for a long time at high heat it does seem to warp slightly but it does go back to normal. It is worth the money because it's a heavy pan. Great to make gyros and shwarma! I'm buying them for gifts this year.
