Initially worked perfectly. A few days later I left it on overnight and in the morning it had stopped working. Waste of money.

The functionality product, or the lack thereof, is not clearly explained in the description. Everything works fine in AP(Access Point) mode, where your phone directly connects to the SP108E. This mode forces your phone to connect at 2.4Ghz. Furthermore, your phone cannot access the internet or anything else in this mode.In STA(Station)mode, the desired mode for most applications, the notes indicate, "Controller and phone are in one same WIFI network" what this means is that your phone must connect to your WIFI network at 2.4Ghz. Should you have a modern phone and router, your phone will automatically connect to 5Ghz. You will not be able to control the SP108E. IMHO this is poor software and renders the product a toy. From my research, this has been a hidden issue for many years and has never been addressed by the manufacturer.

Love this device. Easy to set up with the QR code. Having an audio cable and microphone input makes this ideal for my salon on my boat. I can link it to my stereo via audio coupling or BT the music from my phone.Highly recommended.

This controller works great! I used the alitove weatherproof Lightstrip, and so far, everything has held up to the wintry conditions we've had lately (controller is tucked under the overhang of the roof, and wrapped in plastic sheathing)The app that goes with it is a bit clunky, but has the ability to produce some complex effects with a bit of fiddling.

Useless out of the box. All connections/power are correct but the light stip just flashes white. Bluetooth wont connect unless you disconnect the LED strip first, make all the correct settings but they wont stay selected.
