Winner of the Golden Globe® for Best TV Drama, Mr. Robot follows Elliot Alderson (Golden Globe® nominee and Primetime Emmy® Award winner Rami Malek), a young cyber-security engineer who becomes involved in the underground hacker group fsociety, after being recruited by their mysterious leader (Golden Globe® winner Christian Slater). Following the events of fsociety's 5/9 hack on multi-national company Evil Corp, the second season explores the consequences of that attack as well as the illusion of control.Bonus Content:Disc 1 - Mr. Robot Season 2:Deleted ScenesCareful.Massacre.of.the.Bourgeoisie.1984-VHSrip.mp4Disc 2 - Mr. Robot Season 2:Deleted ScenesDisc 3 - Mr. Robot Season 2:Deleted ScenesBehind_The_Mask_Mr_Robot_2.0.Mov.]]> Review: Another great season (Prior Season Spoilers) - Season two of Mr. Robot continues the strange trip that is the story of Elliot and fsociety versus E-Corp (or Evil Corp as the characters refer to it). Season two is set months down the line from the successful hack of E-Corp. Elliot, now knowing that Mr. Robot (played by Christian Slater) is really his dead father that he has been hallucinating is staying with his mother and trying to get rid of Mr. Robot, only to fight a losing battle with him constantly. Darlene (Carly Chaikin) is now in charge of fsociety and continues to try and take down E-Corp from the outside, continuing the hacks, while Angela (Portia Doubleday) is now working her way up the ladder at E-Corp. Tyrell (Martin Wallström) is missing and is mostly absent (at least in person for most of the season), and Joanna (Stephanie Corneliussen) is trying to find him while also having a fling with a new guy who gets more and more suspicious of her. The show continues the serial story arc from season one, revealing more and more of the backstory and including a lot of twists and turns. Of course, the audience experiencing events from the perspective of a mentally ill character allows for a lot of weirdness, as things are definitely not always what they seem, and includes some crazy moments like a 1980s/1990s sitcom version of a family road trip with that featured the 80s sitcom character, ALF. The new addition to the cast this season is Grace Gummer, who plays Dominique DiPierro, an FBI field agent investigating the E Corp hack, and BD Wong (from Jurassic Park) makes a couple more appearances as White Rose. For those who get the blu-ray set, the show once again looks and sounds great in HD. The episodes and the extras are spread out over three discs. The extras include deleted scenes for most of the episodes and a couple of behind-the-scenes featurettes. Not a ton, but what was included is good if you like watching the bonus content. Overall, the show continues to be very entertaining. Like in the first season, there is a lot of violence, swearing, sex, and drug use in the show, so it is not family-friendly and will not appeal to everyone. It is definitely telling a long drawn-out story, so you have to watch from the beginning to have any clue about what is going on. The writing and acting are both top-notch and the show does a good job of revealing small details about the story while not giving away too much. It also blends the storyline into the real world (using clips of the mega-rich and politicians) to establish how the super-rich controls everything and why fsociety wants to take them down. It is definitely a great show and worth the time to watch. Review: Definitely kept our interest throughout. - Intriguing. Interesting characters. Good acting.

A Great Follow Up.
I truly loved the first season and the second season did not disappoint! I seriously love this show and purchasing the DVD allows us (the viewers) to binge/review as much as they please. A feature that is necessary to catch every little detail Sam Esmail puts into his show. The show is nothing less than a 5/5. The plot, storyline, and cinematography are amazing. There is nothing like this on television right now. Every episode is entrancing and is worth rewatching. Rami Malek and the rest of the cast deliver stellar performances. After reading the Red Wheelbarrow I find myself watching more and more.

A good season to a great show that is moving in the right direction with an amazing cast and crew
Mr. Robot Season 2 I have to agree with some reviewers not as good as Season 1 was that's why I gave it a 4 star rating. In many aspects it felt like certain scenes kind of dragged on and on, and then others keep your attention all the way threw. Season 1 was 10 episodes while Season 2 went for 12 episodes but with more plotlines and added drama to the characters lives and interactions between them all. Now I don't agree with the other reviewers that said the Season was so slow and pointless that it shouldn't be watched, Season 2 keeps your attention enough to watch all 12 episodes and still be able to say the show has potential for another Season and lot more drama to come. I don't do spoilers in my reviews because to me that is just wrong to the audience out there who like this show, I will say this though the ending to Season 2 made my jaw drop and most likely will make yours drop too. In closing still an enjoyable show with lots of potential from the cast and writer, director Sam.

Great bang for your buck
I can't stress enough how good this show is mr. Robot is definitely something that's somewhat of a psychological Thriller and is up there with a lot of suspenseful shows it is smart and intelligent and has a lot of twists and turns now in terms of the product and its quality the DVD was great had no problems and it came in super fast along with the other Seasons that I ordered definitely recommend the seller and this product

New favorite show, by far Unfortunately I couldn't help myself ...
New favorite show, by far Unfortunately I couldn't help myself and read too far in a wiki so this season was partly ruined, but it's still an enjoyable watch the first time through What I liked most: the show doesn't mind borrowing themes/dynamics from a bunch of sources, and mixes them nicely What I liked least: focuses less on the hacking aspect, and what it does have is really just showy basics

Not as entertaining as Season 1
Season 1 wowed me to the point I was anxious to binge watch season 2 and 3. Though it wasn't completely disappointing, it just had a different effect on me. The story seemed to turn from psychological thriller to a psychotic soap opera. I enjoyed watching the storyline in season 1 about the brave few with superior intelligence take down the 1 percent. However, the writer rushed the story leaving season 2 to focus on Oliver's deteriorating mind. I'm hoping there is a good reason for this but I won't know till I watch season 3 which I placed on hold since season 2 disappointed me so much. In my opinion season 1's storyline could have been stretched out further slowly taking down 1 percent leaving the audience to savor the idea and basc in it watching the arrogance slowly fall. But alas that's not what they chose to do so season 2 is much more a mess.

Season 1 was great, Season 2 even better. People have their own opinions on this, but in my opinion I believe this season was well done, we needed the story to be told right no matter how slow or fast it’s done. This show never ceases to amaze me. I will follow this show until the end and now we wait for season 3.

Package came here two days early and in perfect condition. Show itself is very thoughtful and often intense; Rami Malek does a brilliant job in capturing the viewer's attention and giving you a view inside of Elliot's mind. Not sure it has the same character as the first season, but by far one of the best shows in recent years. 10/10, should get a few Emmy's/.
