Very bad experience in communication with Lifecycle Pro.
Do not buy from Lifecycle Pro. Defective expensive product, but Lifecycle Pro refuses to replace it. It was a simple waste of money. Just lost more than $400. Very disappointing...

Customer Service for this seller is poor
I am only giving 3 stars as the product itself is very cool and I’m really looking forward to using it. However, when contacting the seller to try and troubleshoot my set-up issue ( which they ask you to do in the paperwork they send you before contacting anyone else). Needless to say, they told me they had never opened one of ‘these’ before and would not know how to help me… HUH? 😶. So after an entire day troubleshooting it myself and resetting it to factory, I can use it.
