We love this stuff! My friend gave this to us as a gift a couple years ago. Any time I'd feel a throat tickle we'd take a few sprays, and I swear it helped it clear things up before they got too bad, most of the time. I know you can't evade sickness 100% of the time, but this truly makes me feel better equipped to fight stuff off. I like the taste of it, and it doesn't burn. Seems to help with throat scratchiness and relieving pain. I like that it has simple ingredients that truly help you feel better and boost your immune system.

I am a 100% believer in this stuff! I got it the first time at Whole Foods for help with immunity. But just last week I could feel a cold coming on and I had a stuffy nose and sore throat. I gave myself 4 sprays into the back of the throat as recommended 3 or 4 times per day and I got immediate sore throat relief and I swear my cold lasted half the time it usually does and my cold was less severe than other people that I assume I got it from. I love that it is natural and effective without all the chemicals. The taste is just super sweet, but really no flavor. I think it's easy to use and a very helpful cold medicine. I sent some to my son in college.

I did not think this would work, but I honestly think it's kept me from getting sick the past several weeks. I've used it every day, and I usually get colds easily, but so far, so good. The taste is sort of like honey but not totally. It is not too unpleasant, and fades quickly once swallowed. Definitely worth it to me. I bought more.

I really like this spray, the taste at first was a little hard to swallow but after using it like 2/3 times I actually started to like it because it's a sweet taste. It's not thick at all and slides right down your throat. It's safe as long as you don't inhale while spraying!! I wish the size of the bottle was a little bigger because I feel like I ran out of it so fast. The smell: kinda weird. The ingredients? Totally worth it

I have a persistent dry cough and this spray really helps. I have used the spray over a period of 2 or 3 days and my cough seems to diminish and I don't need it quite as often. I highly recommend it, I find it very effective. It doesn't burn and has a pleasant taste. The bottle is easy to carry around and has a very secure cap over the spray nozzle. One bottle I had leaked a little into the cap but I didn't get any on my jacket pocket.

So soothing on a sore throat. Has great power to spray the back of your throat and will coat your throat for soothing. The taste is good and there is no burning. It reminds me of honey and essential oils. I want one for my purse and one for at home!

This is a really awesome alternative product to heavy medicine. It tastes okay and is easy to spray. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle (but is anything?) but it definitely helps sore throat symptoms and pain. Small bottle but it has lasted us through the winter, and I feel it is worth the price since it is a natural and high-quality product.
