Quality of material is very good. It gives good grip to hold the camera. But felt it is over priced. It fits perfectly to the camera. No need to remove the frame for battery replacement, charging and SD card removal. Once you fix the frame no need to remove it. Will not guarantee it will protect your camera. will give more confidence to hold camera without any fear of fall.

Sturdy cage, nice grip. Great for adding more accessories on to the camera. Decent for protection. But this cage is geared towards building a camera rig than protection.

Cette cage ne quitte plus mon Sony ZVE10. Amélioration de la prise en main, poids contenu (par rapport à une autre marque que j’ai essayé avant), il me permet de monter rapidement un bon setup vidéo avec poignet, moniteur externe, micro canon, et m’assure une bonne prise en main lorsque je prends des photos je n’ai plus peur de laisser tomber mon boîtier qui a l’origine est minuscule et est mauvais niveau ergonomie.

Have been using this cage for my zv-e10 for a couple of days, and it has made me want to bring out my zv-e10 even more now. The installation of the cage was really very easy, and the camera fit perfectly, the added bonus of the anti twist by adding a small piece that fits in the strap lug on the right hand side, and it stays perfectly in place. The grip makes the zv-e10 a lot more comfortable to hold, which was my main annoyance with the camera itself. The grip can be removed, if that is something that you want. On the bottom there's five 1/4” threads for and the bottom is arca swiss compatible. There is also a small tool on the bottom that functions as a flathead screwdriver and is magnetically held in place. Would have been nice if it also had a hex screw head. All of the ports on the zv-e10 are still accessible when mounted in the cage. And the screen is fully articulating as well. The hot shoe is not restricted while the cage is on, and I can still use my flash or other hot shoe accessories like a microphone and such. There's also a cold shoe mounting option as well but it might block the hot shoe depending on what you use it for. Alternatively there's a secret cold shoe mount on the bottom of the cage. There's also three mounting options for straps, two on the right side and one on the left. Using the two on the right side makes sure that the strap gets in the way of the screen. The cage feels really solid, and while not optimal to drop the camera, I think it would decrease the risk of damaging the camera if it were to happen. Overall its a great improvement for the zv-e10 and it really improves on the feel of the zv-e10 and makes me want to use it more for everyday stuff.
