SanDisk Professional PRO-READER Multi-Card with super-fast media transfers

The drive works very well,transferring data or photos very quickly in whichever direction you have chosen…I would recommend it to all…👍

This is exceptional quality. Yes it is expensive but when you swap SD card data around as much as I do, you really need something that is dependable. Works well with windows imports (including the old Win 7 which I still prefer). USB C connection and it maintains speed when your run through adapter. Cannot talk about longevity as only used for a few weeks. Definitely recommended.

This line of card readers is in a rare category of top quality, no expense spared products. Professional photographers and videographers, among others, rely heavily on memory card usage and there is nothing worse than coming back from the field or the studio with dozens of cards to download and battle with slow, flimsy readers. The Pro-Reader are strong and heavy so they won't dance at the end of your USB cables and they stack very well together or can be mounted in an even more solid (and expensive) thunderbolt enclosure. Equipped with a USB C interface, they seem to read and write as fast as the card will. An AJA disk speed test on a 300MBs Sony Tough SD card gave sustained 245 MBs writes and 255 MBs reads, about as good as could be expected. An old 120MBs Sandisk Extreme CF card wrote at 84 MBs and read at 120 MBs. The CFast reader got 209 MBs writes and 517 MBs reads out of a 512MBs Sandisk card but I haven't tried the CFexpress reader yet. I wouldn't take these on an expedition because of their weight but it makes them much more usable permanently installed on a desk. Also, they look good.

Very good quality product at a premium price but well worth the extra, this is my second unit as they are designed to fit together so now have the Micro SD, SD, CF & CF Express covering all my storage cards, very sold and fast unit, USB-C to USB-C cable so you might need to get extra cable if you don't have USB-C download facility but plenty of USB to USB-C cables available. 5Gbps fast transfer speed, so would definitely recommend it as I have had a number of cheaper options and regret the purchases

Costly but worthwhile little unit for Pro users. Manages decent speeds from Sandisk cards, and doesn't choke easily if downloading from CF, microSD and SDXC cards simultaneously. Definitely better speeds than obtained from the cheaper readers like Green etc. Solid metal build with a slightly weird front facia that opens - guess that's for inserting/removing from the additional (rather) expensive Sandisk 4 port dock/hub.

Excellent quality . Only downside is the usb lead supplied with it could be a bit longer

Fine, but not as quick as I'd hoped. Also some problems with SD card formatting, but that could be the SD cards used

This is a great quality memory card reader and a memory card reader from a very reputed brand.

I can finally get the speeds from SD Cards the manufacturers have been advertising. This means that I can compare card speeds and detect a dud card.
