I'm 5'4", thin woman. The small size adult collar I got fit but I was barely able to secure it with the velcro to get it to. This child's size is perfect, as far as the velcro placement goes and is a far better collar for me. It sits better on my neck where it meets my jawline. That's the best part-it's a bit narrower than an adult's and fits perfectly below my jaw/my jaw rests on it and this keeps my head more stable. It is quite firm but not stiff which I really like. Very well made. I recommend for either a youth or small adult as it's a quality product.

I use especially in the evening if I did a lot of driving and a busy day. It keeps me from moving my neck.

It’s nice and more comfortable than your adult neck brace. Would buy again if needed. J

I am a small person and this fit perfectly. Helped with my disc problems. I could wear it for hours and not be uncomfortable.
