We wore Class A long sleeve with tie uniforms when the weather gets cold. This tie is perfect for on duty because of the velcro and ease of removal. You want it to be an easy release in case of a situation with a suspect, so as not to give them something else to grab ahold of. Fit perfectly and kept color without fading. Good value and quality for the price and I used it multiple times.

Tie works well. My regular ties never stay tight so I turned to this one. I have to wear a black tie at work. This one is easy to put on, adjusts easily once on, and stays tied at the neck. It washes well. I wash by hand, blot, and dry outside. Looks like new after washing. I have used for a full year and it looks great. The ties come in different lengths so measure from the top of the knot to your belt line or a little lower. You do not want a tie that is too short or too long.

The Velcro tab on the back of the neck holds firmly, but does pluck loose when yanked. It's a bit jarring, but the velcro can be attached to overlap only a fraction of its potential surface for an easier detachment.It looks good, too! A smidge narrow, but not out of place in an office.

Decent enough material for a afforable price. I bought this for a job that required a tie but had to break away quickly if caught on something and this worked amazing.

Used this tie everyday... As a Federal Security Officer it looked great, easy to remove or adjust, and much better than a clip on tie.

It's completely adjustable, pulling on the seam through the knot tighten and loosens around the neck, making the velcro invisible under your collar.I'm short so this was the ideal length
