Only been taking this brand for about 4 weeks and Noticed my nail growth has improved. I’ve bought several different brands in the past that haven’t really made a difference, so I’ll be sticking with this brand. Delivery was very prompt.

Making a difference in skin appearance after 3 weeks of taking one a day
Arrived on time, well packaged. Didn't notice a difference until about 3 weeks of taking one a day, and was a little sceptical at first. I went for this mid-priced option after reading positive reviews, plus the higher collagen content along with the other ingredients. My skin has slowly began to look much better, with a glow to it, less blackheads and open pores. Whether the wrinkles around my eyes diminish with more time remains to be seen. However a few people have recently commented I don't look my age!

These seem to be making a difference to my hair
I am not easily convinced that things like this work...but I have to say I think my hair is a bit fuller and my skin a little less wrinkled around my eyes since I've been using this...I've done about 5 on this months now and I can see some minor results. However, I would also say don't expect miracles. I'm 56, so I don't expect my skin and hair to look like it did 20 years ago but it is visibly better than it was.
