Texture and taste? Nailed it!
Delicious! I really missed muffins when I went gluten free but not anymore! These are super quick to put together and the taste is perfect. I just made my first batch and was so pleased with the result.

Best blueberry muffins I’ve ever had from a premix bag.
These muffins, bake up, light and fluffy, and have some of the best taste you’ll ever get from a box/bag. I usually add a few extra fresh blueberries into my mix. The family can’t even tell it’s gluten-free. Pretty amazing.
