Let me start by saying that if you are addicted to sugar (like I am), this juice cleanse is going to be TOUGH for you. My candida were crying out for chocolate, lemonade, and bread. However, there are no buts about it, if you're looking to quit sugar cold turkey, this is best cleanse for it because there are very few high sugar fruits in the mixes. I have done several other juice cleanses in the past where I've prepared my own juices, and they were very heavy on the apple and pineapple juice. As you might imagine, the sugar makes the other vegetables and nutrients bareable, but you'll find no such shortcuts here. You've been warned!! This juice cleanse is easy because you can literally just dump the mix in a water bottle and shake it and take it on the go. You do really have to shake the juices so that the mix doesn't end up on the bottom, but I wasn't really deterred by that. You can read more specifics below, but overall, I really like this low-maintenance cleanse especially because it doesn't require hours alone in the kitchen and it intentionally keeps the sugar low. Plus, I looked good after a couple days off my usual diet of Reese's peanut butter cups and chips. The Juices: Revival: I really looked forward to the revival juice because it's berry and beets-based and probably has the most natural sugar of all the mixes. This is my favorite one in the cleanse, and luckily you get to experience it twice everyday. Again, don't expect it to taste like Simply Pink Lemonade, it's intentionally low sugar. In the Standard American Diet, it's estimated that we ingest about 60 grams more sugar per day than advised by health professionals. Each juice in the cleanse only has about 3-5g of sugar. Can you guess which one is the toughest? See below! Detox: Yikes! This is my second time doing this cleanse, and I believe the manufacturer made an update to the second juice because it was horrible the first time around. THIS TIME it was better, but still tough. It has barley in it, which is great for you, but not the best flavor. Awakening: I like this one. Second favorite for sure. It hit the spot around 11am when I was starting to lose my will to live. Vitality: I mixed this one up expecting a V8 or naked juice type vibe, and it's much thinner than that because again, this is a low sugar cleanse. Daily Updates: Day 1: Day 1 was tough because I was flushing my system of the sugar. Because of this, I had headaches and was tired (this always happens to me on the first day of a dramatic diet change). I wasn't actually hungry per se, it was more that I missed chewing and my body was adjusting to the dramatic change. Day 2: I started to get a rhythm here. I had more energy instantly on Day 2. You'll notice that it starts to get easier, but for me, if I was even a half hour late on the plan, I would get hungry. Day 3: At this point, it was all old hat, and easy as pie (did someone say pie!?). I had my fav juices I was looking forward to, and even though it was only 3 days, my stomach bloating was WAY down.

I'm a soon to be 38 year old mother of two, working two jobs and in graduate school. For the past several months I have been changing my relationship with food and am a pescatarian vegan (no dairy only animal products I eat are seafood). I also don't consume sweeteners (with the exception of maple syrup from time to time). Most cleanses use honey or other sweeteners that's why I tried this 3 Day Juice Cleanse on the Go as it has no sweeteners of any kind added. I also liked that it had no fillers and was made from quality and natural ingredients. I did the 3 day cleanse and only had a few raw veggies the second day as a snack. I have pictures below of the 4 different juice packets & the nutrition labels. All I did each morning was take out the packets for the day, write the number order (1-8and the time I was to drink each (I copied this info from the side of the box-however, having a small card to put in my pocket would be helpful). I then grabbed a water bottle and filled it with 16 oz of water and was off for the day. Between juices, I would rinse out my water bottle and then refill it with water for the next packet. You should shake them well to ensure the packet fully dissolves. My favorite flavor was the Revival which was a yummy blend of beets and berries (I like beets so that's probably why it was my favorite). Next, the Detox juice was very green and healthy tasting-I still enjoyed it but those of you not used to green smoothies this one might be the one you want to quick chug down. :-) The third flavor was Awakening-which tastes like mango more than pineapple. The fourth and last flavor was Vitality which to me was the mild flavor which was a subtle carrot and pumpkin flavor. To me, the carrot flavor stood out way more than the pumpkin. The cleanse helped me drink way more fluids than I usually do (16 oz every 2 hours). I definitely urinated more often but nothing crazy. I was also on a regular bowel movement schedule before the cleanse and this didn't change must during the cleanse. Warning TMI about to occur: I will say that my number 2 was more like soft serve and came out way easier which was nice!) After the 3-day cleanse I felt my stomach was flatter and my skin looked more hydrated and clearer. I also didn't drink any caffeine for the entire 3-day cleanse (usually I have an expresso or Earl Gray Tea) and I wasn't sluggish in the morning nor did I crash during my evening Graduate school class. I really had high energy and felt really good. Next time I try this cleanse I think I will use my blender and mix with a combo of water and crushed ice to make more of a thicker smoothie consistency-especially for the Awakening and Vitality flavors as they had a pretty mild flavor and I think a thick drink would be interesting to try out. I will do this cleanse again in the future-it was easy, tasted good, and I saw results!

Juice cleanse The reviews for this product helped me into making the decision to purchase. I hope this helps someone on their weight loss journey. I mainly did this to jump start healthy eating habits since i was having some gastro issues from eating a bunch of junk. But if i could lose some weight while doing so, why not? Day 1: weighed in at 151.4 lbs in the am, went on 2 30 minute walks, no BM, a lot of peeing throughout the day. Like all the other reviews, taste like watered down juice, the awakening was the best tasting in my opinion, had the consistency of watered down orange/pineapple juice. The detox was my least favorite and hardest to get down. As I started to get hungry, it was already time for the next drink so not too bad. I chewed gum in between. Day 2: weighed in at 149.2 lbs in the am, and 2 walks. Had a little less energy, definitely feeling some hunger pangs and need for coffee, but was able to get through the day. Again, the detox one was pretty hard to get down. At least that one is only once a day! I did eat a banana before the lunch drink. Needed a boost to get me through a work meeting. Still no BM. Day 3: weighed in at 147.2lbs in the am, 2 walks, and BM in am. Felt less bloated and had a bit more energy. Coffee craving and hunger pangs but not as bad as Day 2. Had a small piece of baked chicken breast in between the 5pm and 7pm drink. Overall, weighed in at 146.5 on day 4. Happy with the results. This was a great way to kick start new healthy eating habits. I thought it would be more of a “cleanse” in regards to going to the bathroom but now I know that I could do this if I wanted to while working in the office. I gave 4 stars because the green detox mix tasted terrible and wish price was lower.

I started this today. The 1st one I added to 16 oz of water. Didn't seem to have much flavor and was watered down. The 2nd one (which I just finished), I put in 8oz of water. It was strong, but seemed to have more flavor and not that watered down taste. I drank 7oz of it, then added the rest of my water and finished it off. You have to have 16oz of water, but you CAN mix the packets in less water for more flavor then drink the remaining water plain or add it to the cup you was drinking from. (I use a blender bottle bc the powder wants to settle to the bottom). Anyways, blend to your taste and enjoy 😉 (if I actually lose weight, I change my stars to a 5). Ok I'm on day 3 of this cleanse and lost 2.5lbs. I did eat a snack and supper on day 1 and lunch and snack on day 2 (not healthy ones either). I craved carbs. I'm gonna try my hardest not to eat much today to see if I can lose a little bit more weight. I did order another one which I'm gonna do next weekend, this time I am gonna only eat veggies, cabbage soup or salad if I get hungry. The flavors #1-kept settling, so I had to keep shaking it up. This one tastes better with less water. #2- is a very strong kale tasting drink, could not taste the apple. This one taste better with more water. #3- I'm surprised by this one bc I don't like pumpkin. Not bad at all. Tastes good with less water. #4-wow! You can't taste the beets (thank God). It's a nice berry flavor. Tastes better with less water. #3 & #4 are my favorites even tho I thought #1 would be bc I love pineapple and mango. #2 was the worst flavor and #1 was not good either. Overall, you do lose some weight.

I tried this Cleanse on the Go 3 Day Juice Cleanse and was honestly impressed with how simple and satisfying the process was. Each packet was easy to mix—just add water and you’re good to go. I loved that it’s low in sugar, which is a big plus compared to many other juice cleanses that are packed with unnecessary sweetness. The flavors were pleasant and left me feeling full enough to get through the day. I did have to switch the last two juices around due to a bit of tummy trouble during the night, but once I made that adjustment, everything went smoothly. By the end of the three days, I felt totally cleaned out and refreshed. It definitely detoxed my system and left me feeling lighter and more energized. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a gentle but effective cleanse that’s easy to stick with!
