Great Energy Boost Without the Jitters
The flavor mixes smoothly with water and isn’t overly sweet or chalky, which is a big plus. I also like that it doesn’t cause the jittery feeling that some pre-workouts do. It gives me the right amount of endurance and stamina, especially on days when I need an extra push.

Energy booster and effective workout with good taste
Does the job! Gave me good energy and I had a strong workout. Good taste and dissolves easily. I took this for an 8 pm workout and it did not affect my sleep.

Train SMART
Great mix. Enjoyable and no heavy stimulant crash. Great pump. Lasts full workout. Train about hour 4 times a week. Before anyone comments, IM 56. There are NOT MANY BUILT GUYS my age and above. Only reason there are more older lifters now, is because my Generation X , SET THE STANDARDS. So I hope all the young "muscleheads" train smart, so they could "stay built" in their 50s and 60s. Your heart , skin and joints will thank you.

Worth it? Mmmm yeah
Good but very sweet flavor. I found it better to take half a serving otherwise id get an upset stomach. A bit pricey but not as pricey as other pre workouts and since no itchiness was a big thing I was looking for, I would buy it again.

I bought the raspberry lemonade flavor after reading others having good thoughts about it. But when I drank it the first time on my way to the gym, I literally had to pull over and spit it out it tasted so bad. I chugged the rest just to see if it worked. I saw some difference. Great basic preworkout but please spare yourself and dont buy the raspberry lemonade flavor.

Brilliant pick me up for workouts with noticeable difference. Unlike other ones which give pins and needles, this just gives the energy boost and that's it. The cherry lemonade flavour is just yuck. The only good thing is it contributes to waking you up.
