HHH 49cc/ 50cc Scooter Gas Fully Automatic Street Scooter Moped Vino 50 with Matching Trunk 50cc Moped for Adult (Black)

I bought 2 of them, it's very easy to put together. I watched the provided videos before it showed up. I weigh 220 and it's going 25 to 30 up hill, 50 down. About 35 to 40 straight aways. Both of my son's weigh less. It has good systems for head lights, turn signals. It have a gallon gas tank, which is cheap to fill and they ride a long distance. It's very speedy. Took me 3 hours to put together 2 of them.

The moped was packed with care and sent to my home just as the seller told me! They made the purchase process easy and convenient! The video for assembly was clear and precise, very easy to follow! Putting the bike together was not a hard process at all! This moped is high quality for the price! The ride is smooth and easy! The bike rides with ease and works well for short to medium distances! I am very pleased with this purchase!

Review Date: March of 2026 I purchased this bike in March 2026, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The first issue occurred before I even received the bike. I ordered the red color, but the company informed me they did not have it available and instead sent a blue one without properly offering a choice or solution. That was already frustrating, but I was still excited when the bike arrived. Unfortunately, that excitement did not last long. When the bike arrived, the assembly process was very difficult. The company did not provide any official assembly tutorial or instructions, which meant I had to rely on third-party videos online just to understand how to put it together. For a product like this, proper instructions should absolutely be provided by the manufacturer. Another major problem was the front and rear bike stands. They are extremely poor quality and barely function properly. The stands feel unstable and poorly designed, which makes working on or storing the bike frustrating. After the bike was assembled by a certified mechanic, we ensured everything was properly prepared. The bike had fresh gas, an oil change, and the battery was fully charged. However, when we attempted to start the bike, it would not start normally using the electric starter. The only way to start it was by kick-starting it. Even worse, when I tried to ride it and applied throttle, the engine immediately bogged down and shut off. At this point it was clear that the bike had a serious mechanical issue right out of the box. I contacted the company for support, expecting them to help resolve the issue. Instead, the response I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. They accused me of lying and claimed that I had not used a certified mechanic for assembly, even though I absolutely did. Eventually they offered to send replacement parts instead of replacing the defective bike. At first, I was willing to accept this solution. However, I later learned that they would not cover the labor costs required to install the replacement parts, even though the bike arrived defective from the company. This means I would have to pay additional money just to fix a product that was broken when it arrived. At that point I decided it would be better to return the bike completely. Unfortunately, the return process was just as bad as everything else. The company’s Senior Manager and Manager informed me that I would be responsible for return shipping, even though the bike was defective. Shipping a bike like this costs over $1,000, which is unreasonable when the issue is clearly a defect from the manufacturer. Because of this, I contacted Amazon for help. Amazon attempted to assist by sending the seller a return request message. However, the company refused to cooperate. The company then incorrectly claimed that Amazon policies do not cover prepaid return shipping for defective items. This statement is false. I confirmed directly with Amazon that defective products are eligible for prepaid return shipping under their policies. To make matters worse, the company later accused me of threatening them, which is completely untrue. I never made any threats. The only statements I made were accusations that the situation felt like a scam, based on the way they were handling the defective product and refusing to resolve the issue fairly. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. The bike arrived with mechanical problems, the company refused to properly support the customer, they would not cover labor for defective parts, and they tried to avoid responsibility for return shipping. I strongly recommend that buyers DO NOT BUY FROM this company, as my experience has been frustrating, expensive, and very disappointing. Item arrived intact and delivered a week earlier. The provided video of assembly and troubleshooting was extremely very helpful in assembling and troubleshooting the scooter. Very satisfied with purchase and service from seller. I highly recommended.
