Personal Alarms for Elderly, Tuya Wifi Smart Wireless Alert Pager Calling System with Waterproof SOS Emergency Button and Plugin Receiver for Caregiver, Home, Patients and Seniors

This is a great product. Purchased it for my elderly grandma who is not technology literate so can’t use a mobile phone well, peace of mind knowing that we will be informed if anything happens whilst we’re out. Set up took a while but worked after a few attempts. Luckily our sky broadband has been set up with both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz, if not then you will need to set your broadband router to 2.4ghz or the set up will fail. If you’re setting up the device from you’re phone, I found it worked when I turned off my mobile data. The button is sleek and comes with a lanyard so she can have it around the house and Velcro pads to put in a fixed location. Once the button is pressed I receive a notification on my phone a few seconds after. The notification is persistent (like a phone call) and is only silenced when I open the app on iPhone or when you open the notification on android so we don’t miss the alert.

This is potentiall a great little life safer for someone for a small price and more importantly it works and will notify multiple freinds or family in the event of an emergancy and that's why I gave it 5 stars, life saving equiptment for a small price. ----------- The good ----------- Very affordable. Comes with Velcro mount for wall mounting but also comes with a tether for people who want to keep it on them. fully rechargable via USB, holds a good charge and comes with cable. Just works!, within a few seconds of pushing a button your alerted no matter where you are, providing you have wifi or a 3G signal. Comes with a water proof sheilding. Easy to connect to the smart life app. ------------------------------------------ The things that could of been better. -------------------------------------------- instructions were too small for my eyes. connecting it up to the wifi via smart life was easy but stuggled at first to find how to add in additional users in the app. The alarm sound can't be changed , would of been nice to add my own or have more options for the alert. It relies on wifi , whilst so many things do these days, wifi is not going to be bullet proof. Would of been nice to have some alexa integration i.e the potential to open in a drop in video or voice session if the button was pushed. In all a great little bit of kit for the money and will certainly bring peice of mind with a loved one or friend. Well done Tuya (smart life)!

Bought this for a little piece of mind following my mum having a fall, thought I'd buy as it wasn't a lot of money and couldn't really lose much if it wasn't good, I must say I'm surprised how sturdy this is, the set up is easy and it works a treat, the alarm when activated by the large button is with me within a minute, having to remind my mum to wear it is the only problem I have but that can't blame the manufacturer for my mum's stubborness! This has been well worth the money, not had to charge it yet even though my mum has pressed it numerous times, the button is large and easy enough to press by a person with limited hand movement, really pleased with it👍

We purchased this product so that my ageing Mother could notify me if she fell over while I was out of the room. In my experience, installation was the first problem as the instructions did not mirror what was happening during the install process. The installation seems to piggy back off the Smart Life App which has served me faithfully for a good couple of years. Having gone through the process multiple times, there is no Tuya entry in IOS Settings>Notifications (as the instructions show) to allow the device to make a noise or let you know an event has taken place. If you install the SOS Button on your home screen, keep it open the whole time, spend all day watching it, then you will know visually if the smart button has been pressed, audibly nothing. From my experience of this product, if you do anything other than this, then you will be blissfully unaware that an event has happened. Using this device, I'm guessing that the only way to know that an event has taken place, is to take a A'Level in Telepathy. I've spent 2 hours on this which I think is enough. It's going back.

The device was easy enough to set up , our mum struggled to push button , she has had stroke so hand eye coordination is not as good for her

Just to note, it's not a motion detector alarm so that rating is n/a. I bought this as a lifeline call button for my mum who lives with us to alert me if she needed anything. I was nervous of setting it up especially as I really don't understand these bits about 2.4ghz/5ghz etc. I asked a friend who told me what to do. I was nervous going into admin on my phone in case I wiped everything but it did work and I then re-instated everything and it still works! Love the fact that the alert sounds on my phone as well, which means I can be in the garden or even down the road if necessary, I can hear it - it does continue bleeping until you acknowledge it. Lots of sounds on the plug in unit which ostensibly works like a door alarm. Despite a clear SOS central call circle on the button, my mum doesn't like using it 'in case I disturb you' but that's nothing to do with the product! As a domestic alternative to a monthly subscription lifeline I think it's been a good buy.

This product was so helpful when my mum got diagnosed with cancer that had spread to her pelvic bone she couldn’t walk and didn’t have the energy to use her mobile. She simply pressed the button when she needed me and it alerted my phone straight away! It even alerted me when I was 11 miles away from home, great value for money

Un poco complicado hacerlo funcionar para el celular porque hay que pagar para que te avise atrás es de la app, pero es bastante rápida, avisa en segundos. Funciona muy bien para dentro de casa y el cuidador. Es un timbre.

I bought this product to help my elderly grandmother be able to get ahold of me when she needed help. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but she used it for 3 months and it worked great! She was able to get a hold of me even when I was not in the home. This is a great product. The only downfall in my eyes is it needs WiFi to work. As long as the button is in the range and hooked up to WiFi the button can reach you and ring your phone even if you are in another town. It was easy to hook up and we were able to hook it to multiple cell devices to be notified. The notification tone is pretty loud and I had no problem hearing it in the middle of the night. I would recommend to others.

This device was exactly what we were looking for for our elderly family member who lives with us. It not only has a loud enough doorbell sound for alerting us at night (and the chime doesn't startle us awake so badly as the previous one), but it also notifies our phone on the app if she needs help and we are out of the house. We can have other family members download the app and get notifications too just in case we aren't available. The instructions aren't the best, but it was easy enough to figure out how to set up. Just note, you can only pair the button with one only app account, so if multiple people need to be notified on the app, they all need to log into the same account. EDIT: Downsides: 1) the button is pretty sensitive, so we get a LOT of false alarms when it knocks against a counter or something. It would help if the button was a little less sensitive, if the lanyard was adjustable, or if there was a wristband option. 2) the shape of the plug in chime is large and bulbous which sort of covers the other plug in the outlet. It's annoying because only certain things with small plugs can share an outlet with it. 3) you stop getting phone notifications if you don't actively log in to the app for a while. I only noticed it by chance, otherwise we would have never known we need to log in. Small inconveniences so I still give it 5 stars after a year.

Echt aanrader, gebruik voor de vrouw die niets meer alleen kan doen . Als ze wakker wordt in bed of hulp nodig heeft duwt ze erop en hoor je het signaal en krijg je melding op GSM en Smartwatch . Super .
