Don’t be afraid of the price, it’s worth it!
I’ve dealt with some sort of fungus on my right foot for YEARS (over a decade). I’ve tried all sorts of athletes foot, moisturizers, and other fungal treatments with minimal and short lived results. Occasional skin peeling between toes causing pain and burning, random extremely itchy patches (sometimes small blisters), cracked heel, and so dry that it would flake when I scratched. AWFUL! I’ve had this balm for almost 30 days now. I used it at least once a day for the first 2 weeks, and am doing at least every other day at this point. The results are astounding! The flakiness is GONE. The cracks are almost all healed up. No itching or peeling (I’ll keep an eye on the toes, bc that is always really random). I want to go get a pedicure now just because it’s not embarrassing anymore ☺️ The scent is strong, but I really enjoy it. I smell mostly the tea tree and eucalyptus, which are two scents I love. If you don’t like either (especially tea tree) then be prepared. But the results are so worth it! The jar is still over 75% full (probably more) and I used it on both feet for two weeks (just incase), and probably way too much of it 😂

This stuff actually works!!
I’m almost through my entire jar of this, and I can definitely say that it really does work. I had jock-itch from my underwear chafing and it being breathable, and this got rid of it in about two weeks. I’m very thankful for this magical elixir!!! After my jock itch was resolved, I started using it in my feet to reduce sweat and prevent athlete’s foot, and it definitely helps with that too. I’ve never had athlete’s foot, but I 100% noticed a difference in my feet having any moisture or smell after working on my feet all day. The scent isn’t bad at all, it’s like a light Vicks vapor rub type of smell. It also absorbs really well and doesn’t leave me feeling oily or anything. I actually layer it under lotion. Overall, I’d say, yeah this is a bit pricey. But the jar lasts a long time, and it actually works at relieving jock it and athlete’s foot. So, it’s well worth the money! I’d 100% recommend and will definitely keep this in stock for if I need it again.

Small Jar but Mighty Effectiveness
I developed toe fungus on both of my big toes. Never had a problem like this in my life- I am blaming it on a new nail salon I went to for a pedicure over a year ago. One toe was completely white and the other a sickly shade of old tea. After trying the drugstore stuff and getting no results I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. As other reviews have mentioned, the smell of Puriya is really, really strong. The jar is small, but the product is so concentrated it doesn't take much to get results. I am happy to report that after using this 2X a day every day for the last 6 months my toenails are almost back to normal. The white toe is no longer white and the tea stained mess of a toe is almost normal. The new growth is normal and healthy. I did not apply this directly on my toenail, but used a cotton swab and applied Puriya all around the cuticle and under the free edge of the nail. I also applied small amounts to the soles of my feet. This may not work for sandal wearers due to the pervasive smell. It depends on how desperate a person is to be rid of the fungus. Summing it up- the product is effective (what's that worth to you?) , the smell is strong probably due to the tea tree oil (think liniment), it works if you stick with it (at least for toe fungus). Keep in mind some persons have a sensitivity to tea tree oil, so not recommended for those folks. All in all-completely worth the price for me.

Better than most balms I’ve tried
A balm seems like it would be comforting for a fungal infection, however I’d almost given up on them entirely because they are so greasy that they seemed to be adding to the problem of moisture being present. This balm is different. It’s sort of dry or waxy. It leaves a film of waxiness on my feet and I need to scrub them to get it off. This doesn’t sound all too pleasant but it actually creates a less hospitable environment for fungi. My feet aren’t greasy after using it but it does have a tiny bit of moisturizing properties. I was dealing with the worst toenail fungus I’ve ever had because I showered at a friend’s house (while receiving chemotherapy which made me vulnerable to everything contagious) and later saw their feet and had to tell them “you have really bad toenail fungus” as if that were not uncomfortable enough….they knew they had it and did not warn me and I contracted it and then my daughter contracted it. As if the chemo was not enough, I then caught a preventable infection. It has been 5 months of antibiotics trying to get rid of this infection that had become antibiotic resistant. We are still not entirely clear of this disgusting infection but almost. The same fungi that causes athletes foot also infects toenails so this applies if you simply have a skin infection as well. Firstly, if you have a contagious infection….you have a moral and ethical duty to protect others from that infection ESPECIALLY if they already have a compromised immune system (common sense but apparently NOT for some people). However you choose to do that (dousing yourself in bleach for all I care, or perhaps going to the doctor rather than allowing fungi to eat your body unchecked…) is up to you. But exposing others when you know you have an infection like this is absolutely disgusting. Keep your fungus to yourself, wear shoes and warn others that you have an infection so they can take steps to protect themselves (like declining to remove their shoes in your house or declining a shower in your fungi-shower). Thousands of dollars later we are clearing this infection. It destroyed the friendship as it should because friends don’t give friends contagious infections. This balm is nice. I have to use so much powder and absolutely hate the feeling of dry papery feet. I’ve had to deal with that for 5 months. Then I found this balm and although it is far from moisturizing, it isn’t powder and it isnt greasy. A tiny bit goes a long way. It’s different from other balms I’ve tried and I like that it sort of coats my feet in a waxy protective layer. Even though it coats the feet it doesn’t cause sliding or slipping in my sandals and it doesn’t make my feet feel damp. That layer protects the skin from excess moisture and it seems to be helping with the end stage of the infection in which the fungus is jumping from my toenails to the skin around my toenails and vice versa. This thing is trying its best to stay alive by whatever means. This balm helps keep my feet feeling a bit more moisturized than simply powder but not overly wet or slippery. A pea sized amount is plenty. The price is ridiculous. I plan to use this as I clear the infection (6 months of antibiotics is hardly clearing the infection so I am not recommending this as treatment unless you simply have peeling feet) and also after as a preventative measure. I’ll update if it does not work for that purpose. In the meantime, keep your fungi to yourself and respect your friends and family by protecting them. Sanitize everything your feet touch if you have an active infection and be a decent human who doesn’t spread infectious fungi. Apparently people need to hear that.
