Excellent replacement
Exactly what I needed for a replacement to an older model I got without a hose.

Works
My original hose has been kinked so many times over the years and weakened, it was time to replace the hose. This works as the original did. A firm enough plastic to do the job the 2.5 gallon ShopVac can handle. I carry the vac as I go to clean up small jobs, so the length of the hose is ok.

Somehow misplaced my old hose and needed a new one to use my micro shop vac. This fits the micro shop vac perfectly.

Not 1.25” OD
The product seems to be fine, no complaints about quality. However, I have been searching for a while for a replacement hose to my 2.5 gallon Craftsman wet/dry vac. I was hopeful when this one was advertised as having a 1 and 1/4 outside diameter, but the hose does not fit my vacuum because it’s not 1.25” OD, it’s actually 1 3/16” OD. Just a heads up

I knew that the one end was odd, but I could have made it work with my own ends. I was hoping to make a short vacuum chute on my lathe, but the plastic is way too rigid. I was really wanting to keep and use it, but it wouldn’t even uncoil to straighten. Maybe if you intended to use it in a fixed position it might work but not as something that needs to flex and move.
