These safety pins are perfect for my craft plans. i bought them for their length and their width. and they're just right

Stainless steel but still rusts.
I used these safety pins when wrapping burlap around arborvitae for the winter. After two winters they are starting to rust but I will get at least one more winter's use out of them.

The tip of the pin is not easy to push against the material.

These seem sturdy which will be suitable for purpose.

I bought these pins to use in quilting, the tips on the majority of the pins not sharp. The tips had either come off or they were never sharpened to a point! These leave big holes in your fabric, be warned.
