I grew up with a macadamia nut tree in front of my house. I feel so lucky for those years and memories. As an adult who really focuses on healthy eating, I personally believe that macadamia nuts are the healthiest nut. They're lower in PUFAs and contain healthy monounsaturated oil, like olive oil. They're low in anti-nutrients and the highest food source of vitamin B1. I even use mac nuts for energy, because the B1 in them is noticeable for me. (I can't eat them before bed, just through the afternoon for that reason.) Also low oxalate if you eat 10 or fewer at one sitting, which is a great portion size, and low lectin. Now, on to this product in particular!! I have tried literally every organic brand of macadamia nut that is available, and I have only found two that aren't rancid. No good eating a healthy food if it's rancid. The other brand is no longer available on Amazon. This brand I found more recently, maybe 8 months ago. I LOVE the quality of this product! These are by far the best macadamia nuts you can find. They're lightly salted if you choose that option, the flavor is perfect, no rancidity, perfectly fresh, very crunchy, digest great, just so many wins ... and did I mention DELICIOUS?! They are SO good. I eat them daily by the handful and occasionally also make homemade mac milk with them. If the growers of this nut read this review, Thank you for making this product and caring so much about its quality!! Someone out there truly loves and appreciates your product so much. I couldn't eat my favorite healthy nut if your product weren't available. My friends and family now buy your mac nuts, too! Cheers, and enjoy, all! I have these on auto ship.

Delicious, fresh & not too hard! I love that it’s organic, which isn’t easy to find in macadamia nuts! I highly recommend!

Truly incredible and magnificent. I've been getting the 365 Whole Foods brand for years, but now I know what REAL macadamias taste like. These are twice the size and pack twice the flavor. Stellar thank you God bless.

Very tasty. Organic with right amount of salt.. you get a few hard ones but you can tell by the color, just be careful with your teeth on those.

Purchase these back in late August. They have an expiration date of February of 2026. I just opened them and they are absolutely horrible. They taste rancid and are uneditable. They have been in the freezer since August and of course at this point there is no way to return. Being the fact that they were in the freezer and opened a prior to expiration I can only assume they were rancid upon shipment.

I shopped around for organic Macademia nuts and concluded that I should try Island Harvest. I am so glad I did and I will be ordering more. I would have already done it but they are expenseive, even though they are a fair price according to what I see in the marketplace. If every bag is as good and fresh as the one I received, you will not be disappointed! As a matter of fact, I just decided to place my second order right now while I am at Amazon. ENJOY A BAG!

For the price of these nuts and the superior nutritional value, I probably will not be ordering online anymore. The nuts have a stale rancid taste to them as if they were sitting on the shelf at the warehouse way too long.

Tries these first in Hawaii and couldn’t believe how much more flavorful they were than macadamia brands we’ve purchased previously. So much better in taste and quality. Found them on Amazon and had to buy more. The only downside is the price, or I’d buy more frequently!
