This product is a life saver for my SIBO-C. Drink it before meals and also before bed. It really helps reduce the constant burping and keeps things moving through my digestive system. Incredible value for the price.

I love the simple ingredients. The pills are super easy to swallow with no smell or taste. I've had no side effects, and this is one of the best products of its kind for the price.

My personal experience with this has been poor, but I think it's mainly due to user error. I saw the instructions on the bottle say, "eat with a large meal", but I was already in my bed with a few hours post-dinner, and thought "how much harm could some ginger and artichoke do?". So I took 1 pill and went to bed. Shortly after, my stomach and lower esophagus started BURNING. I tried to drink some water, but no effect. I laid on my right side, the right side would burn. When I turned to the left, the left would burn. Because I am stupid and was intent on sleeping, I decided to try to wait it out. After about an hour of tossing and turning I finally fell asleep. Well, that was a terrible mistake, because the next day, as soon as I tried to use my stomach at all, even take a sip of room temperature water, it really hurt! And I didn't expect that it would be more than 3 days before I could eat normally again. So, all in all, I am not going to give this pill a bad rating because I think it was mainly my fault, but I have never experienced anything like this before. I will leave you with three lessons: 1. Eat this during a LARGE MEAL! 2. If you experience pain, get more food in your stomach ASAP and drink a bunch of milk too! 3. Be careful and don't underestimate OTC products. I don't normally consider myself having a sensitive stomach, so those who are already prone to stomach pain may want to watch out.

I’m trying to extend the years that I’m able to use Reglan for really bad days. This supplement has allowed me to not have to take reglan so often. I mainly use this supplement for GP. It’s life changing. I was recently diagnosed and scared to only rely on reglan- but this supplement is helping me to us reglan sparingly so it doesn’t accumulate in my blood stream/ have a higher chance of producing TD. It’s also softer on the gut than laxatives. I get more sick when using laxatives. I did also notice it’s best to take a probiotic together with this supplement- since it flushes your system and you want to keep the good bacteria.

So, this didn't work for me and I took it for three months-they sell it locally, although I did order here when it was sold out at the store. I've ordered from other brands and those didn't work for me either, though. But since everyone's different, it could work for you. The price is comparable to other more expensive brands, so it's worth a shot. In my experience, it can take up to one full month of use to experience any benefits from supplement use because it will need time to build up in the body. If you're not sure, consult with your physician before starting this or any other supplement-especially if you are taking prescription meds.

Great product, especially with someone with major GI issues

This product seems to cause constipation instead of helping. I started taking it, and it made it constipation worse. I stopped taking it after few days… and I was back to ok BM, the way I was before taking this product.
