Fish oil
My favorite high quality omega 3’s. They don’t have a bad taste, it has a pleasant lemon taste. It smells nice too. My toddler actually likes to chew on them cause he likes the lemon taste.

Good quality omega-3. Good value for money. The pill is big but it didn’t bother me. It does smell fishy but also not a big problem for me. This is my go to omega 3.

No Fishy Aftertaste High Potency Omega 3 Fish Oil
My labs showed I needed to support my omega levels, so I added this in. The softgels are easy to take and did not leave any noticeable aftertaste or fishy repeat. It has been simple to take daily and fit into my routine without any issues.

Quality fish oil with a pungent lemon scent
As someone in my mid-40s, I find it difficult to judge the actual efficacy of this fish oil without doing pre and post blood panels, which I haven't done. The softgels are a standard size for fish oil, though they are quite large compared to most medications or other standard capsules. If you’re regularly consuming fish oil supplements, you know. They are easy enough to swallow, but the size is definitely something to keep in mind if you have trouble with larger pills. My main gripe is the smell of the product. While I understand that adding citrus helps prevent fishy burps, and I haven't experienced any lemony or fishy aftertaste, the artificial lemon scent is overdone. It has a strong odor like bathroom cleaner that hits you as soon as you open the bottle. Overall, I’d give it four stars because it seems like a high-quality supplement, but the scent is definitely a drawback.
