This product is about the best thing I found in a long time
I use this product to help with my knee pain and stiffness in my joints I have bone on bone osteo arthritis and yes it does help for real. I use the Instaflex PM to help me sleep at night when I do have severe pain sometimes. I really cannot live without this product . I thank the makers of it I am greatful.
