Daily use is definitely key. It’s a low percentage of kojic acid but it works. I even asked my dermatologist about it and she said that is great. She said if I feel it’s not working as much as I was hoping she could write me a prescription for kojic acid treatment. I haven’t gone that route because I’m already happy with the results from this product. I use it to lighten some melasma on my scalp line on my forehead and also my acne scars. It actually lightens them up so they’re not as noticeable. I would recommend to anyone wanting to try a low percentage of this product.

This item is effective but works really slow. I’m on my second bottle and I think I’ll be using more going forward! It’s not sticky and absorbs fast and works very well if used with azelaic acid. I mean thats what worked for me. I have acne prone skin and will breakout with the use of anything and everything but this serum has actually helped me fade my scars and did not make me breakout. It has definitely brightened my skin a little but I have to wear sunscreen when the sun’s out! So its pretty good I would say. I bought it during Amazon Prime Day so the price was less but I had to buy the second bottle for regular price.

The seal was broken. And the acid was very watery. Seems like someone tempered the acid. But it was replaced with another one which was damaged on the shipping. The smell of the product was very light and consistency was very diffident then my usual product. Usually I like this acid. But this time the quality control was not well taken care.
