Perfect fit for the Freestyle Libre 3 plus
I’m very happy to say I found something that works. It comes with easy to understand instructions. One thing I must stress is make sure the site is completely clean and dry or the adhesive will not stick. It took me 2 tries but it works great and it covers the whole sensor. I think the sensor will be less likely to fall out with this product. This is a photo of my left arm.

Nice idea, works great
These are plastic and are very comfortable. The product is a composite of a paper peel away layer where the sticky is, the cover itself, and an outer peelable plastic cover with a split in the center of the blue stripe. Getting skin clean is an issue. Won't adhere unless prepared properly. Skin that has sagged will likely stretch away from these and come off. Stretch and Flatten the skin if you can. This is the tricky part, but is essential to the application of the cover. Once the cover is thoroughly adhered on your skin you can peel this outer layer with the blue stripe off, but there are some tips to help you. Just be certain it is very well applied to the skin first. They last for many days, at least. In order to prep the cover a couple of steps prior will help a successful application ( see pix ). The cover itself is very thin and flexible and will stick to anything. So care in application will enhance your success. Separating the harder plastic on the outside at the blue stripe will help significantly getting successful contact. Even though the two halves are cut they are stuck very well. Next, peel two of the three covers on the bottom. This allows positioning the cover precisely while not getting it stuck to your fingers. Place it as centered as you can. Rub the edges flat and ensure great contact. Now, peel the last piece of paper off and rub in place. The cover will be well adhered IF you prepared the skin properly. Now the blue stripe. If you pre-separated the outer pieces it will now be easy to peel those off. You are done.

60Pack Libre Sensor Covers – Not Sweat-Resistant and Poor Adhesion
I had high hopes for the 60Pack Libre Sensor Covers, Latex-Free Medical Adhesive Patches for Libre 2/3, but unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations. While the idea of having a latex-free, pre-cut adhesive patch to secure my CGM sensor seemed great, these patches did not perform well, especially under normal daily conditions. Not Sweat-Resistant One of the biggest issues I encountered was that these patches are not sweat-resistant. I wear my Libre sensor during workouts, as well as through regular daily activities, and the patch couldn’t handle even moderate perspiration. After a light exercise session, the edges of the patch started to peel off, and it barely stayed in place. For a product that’s meant to protect a medical device that’s worn 24/7, this is a major flaw. Poor Adhesion Even outside of exercise, the adhesive did not hold up well. On multiple occasions, the patch began to lift and peel within just 2-3 hours of application. I expected these patches to stay secure for at least a full day, but that was not the case. I found myself constantly having to press down the edges to keep them from completely coming off. For anyone leading an active lifestyle or even just going about their daily routines, this constant reapplication is frustrating and impractical. Not Durable Enough I had hoped these patches would last through showers, workouts, and everyday wear, but they didn’t even last long enough to make it through a normal workday. If you’re looking for something that provides reliable protection for your CGM sensor, these patches aren’t it. I found myself replacing them frequently, which defeats the purpose of a long-lasting, medical-grade adhesive. Final Thoughts Overall, I was disappointed with the 60Pack Libre Sensor Covers. Despite being advertised as a reliable, medical-grade product, the lack of sweat resistance and poor adhesion made them unusable for me. If you need a patch that will stay on through normal activities or workouts, I would recommend looking for a more durable and sweat-resistant option. For those who are active or live in humid climates, this product just won’t hold up.

they help the sensor stay for 15 days!
They are hard to get on with the bandage sticking to itself. I had one come off in the shower.

First one to actually do it’s job
I am a 59-year-old female and have some experience with applying these. At this age and with MS, my shoulders have stiffened some. So, with that in mind, here is the review. Warning. If you have very fragile easy-to-rip skin and cannot handle tape on your skin after a blood draw or IV, this isn’t for you. Now on to the rest of the review. I have used two different covers. They both were the donut shape with a hole in the middle. Those work good, but applying them just right was a real pain. I have ripped a few of the sensors off with those. But hey. That’s BETTER than the pulling off 30 or 40%. I had to order some new ones and the company I used wasn’t In business anymore. . I started browsing amazing and found these clear patches with no hole. Intrigued, I bought them. The first one my husband applied failed. So, I pulled up the video for him to watch. When he was done the patch had a wrinkle or two but worked wonderfully. He watched the video for a second time with the next one. And he watched it one more time with this oath to make sure he had the ro down correctly. This is the third application. How to apply: Watch the video Very carefully remove the first oice if paper and then lay the sticky part down and give it a gentle rub, making sure it is on the arm. Then the other side. Take your time with the blue part, one at a time, smoothing as you go. I always go back starting at the middle, rub a once around the sensor and then smooth it out in a downward motion, not a circle. The patch did not move. The sensor did not move. I stumble a lot. I have multiple sclerosis. I took a really hard fall four days ago. I Bruised my body from head to the bottom of my feet! The sensor was still intact!! That was so cool. I've showered with it, having no problem sliding a cloth hitting it and knocking it off it off. I dressed and never noticed the sensor because my clothes pulled right over the sensor. I have a seven year old grandchild who likes to rough play and give me big huge hugs. He has knocked them off before. I had No problem with this. I have no more anxiety., nor my grandson, about knocking this off! Sweating doesn't loosen it Now, for taking it off. And here is why I issued the warning above. That patch is attached so well, that when you pull it off, it pulls off with reluctance. It has not taken the sensor with it. I still have to remove it afterward. So far, to me, this receives 100% This is, by far, the best cover I have ever used. And don't worry, you will be able to scan through the plastic. It's very thin and very durable. It is so worth trying. You won't be disappointed.

Watch the video to apply, tough to remove, but do protect in water
The adhesive on these work TOO well, hard to get off! Might take your meter off with them! Does protect in the shower. Weird directions to apply. Watch the video.

Perfect sensor cover
This is the best sensor patch I found for my Libre 3. It is wider and larger, covering the entire area, unlike other brands that only cover a small area and peel off after the first shower.
