Absolute gem! This smart dryer is really good. It has a 10 kg capacity does it's job efficiently and economically and has a lot of different operating options. It has WiFi capability and a mode where you download an app on your phone so you can operate it remotely, it has it's own switch off jingle too. Best buy ever! It's easy to operate, has a water tank under the condenser unit for collecting the excess water. The filter is easy to pull it and de fluff. It's also quite quiet too. Definitely superb value for mony

I’m very impressed with this new tumble dryer. It extracts far more water than my previous dryers. It handles very large loads with ease, making laundry days so much simpler. Overall, it’s efficient, reliable, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performing dryer.

Had this for 18 months, it has done no more or less work than my last one but already the motor is dead. Thankfully our electrics work and the main fuse tripped stopping a fire. It was also never left on unattended. I feel this is shoddy for a piece of expensive equipment to fail after 18 months. No way to get money back and we've had to pay out to replace it. The motor probably wasn't helped by most of its functions continuously working in mini spins after the main program had finished. One good thing about it was the wool dry program. If you decide to get this one please be aware of the fire risk.

Very good once you get to now the machine

This is a magnificent 10 kilo dryer which can dry up to 22 pounds of washing please be aware that the the water tank is built into the bottom of the machine and not in the glass door on this model as you can see from some of the photos it is a very good energy saving machine doesn't make much noise would be easy to empty for basically a normal person but please be aware if you are elderly or not very good on your legs this machine maybe some kind of disadvantage. But apart from that it works fantastically and dries very economical lea with all settings from 30 minutes up to two hours an easy control dial to work easy to fill up and what can you say a very clever appliance but please be aware this machine has a tank at the bottom where some of the other models may have the tank built into the glass door for easier emptying but apart from that I fantastic drier.

Had after the 3rd time I used it phoned customer services to ask why the tumble dryer didn't reverse they told me there was a problem with the reverse and sent out an engineer who told me that they don't reverse Just tangle up all the clothing you can't leave this tumble dryer unattended You gotta keep watching it I dried a duvet cover it ended up looking like a rugby ball rolled up So you have to keep checking it obviously the university genius that designed this has never done any washing or drying.
