I love these mats. They are great value for the money. They are great quality and they're very durable and they're a pretty big size for my rather small couch. If you have a huge couch, you're definitely gonna need quite a few of these. They don't have a noise to them and they are great deterrent. I don't have them on often. Once my dog understood to not be on the couch anymore I leave them there and don't have them turned on so they still serve their purpose. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you have a dog that is stubborn and doesn't really listen even after you have corrected them many times.

This product worked for 3 months. Now it will not turn on. I have replaced new battery and it still will not turn on. Return window closed, so hoping I will find a way to contact the seller for some help! Updating my review! Was able to contact the seller and they sent me a replacement. Out of the 4 mats that I ordered from them, only one had an issue. They replied promply to the email I sent them requesting help to fix the mat. They sent a new one out right away. I will definately buy from them again when needed! Great customer service!

These do not work. They turn on, the light blinks green, but they don’t make any warning tone and most definitely do not let out even the slightest shock. Now I have gone over all the reviews. I have read that some only found success with rechargeable batteries. So I took the brand new batteries I had bought, tried a different store brand, then went on Amazon and purchased the Amazon brand rechargeable batteries. Didn’t help. I went over the manual again and again. Then I reached out to customer service. They told me that if I reached out to the seller they would issue me two replacement mats. So I reached out. I got some automated message giving me more troubleshooting instructions. Went back and tried again. Nothing but a green blinking light. I replied saying I tried that and it didn’t work. I then get sent another message very similar to the first. I don’t understand, I have tried everything over and over. I wish they would just be upfront with me if they won’t issue me a replacement because in that case I will just return them. However my return window is soon closing and I feel like they may be playing games with me at this point. I really needed these mats to keep my cats from peeing in this one spot. It’s just a matter of time before they pee on top of the faulty mats. I was praying these would work. And that I could also maybe buy more for other parts of my home like my dining room table. Unfortunately , unless there is a miracle in which they decide to send me replacements that truly work, I won’t ever be buying from this company again. I would be happy to update my review if the seller provides better customer service than I’ve gotten so far.

Update: it has only been eight short days and my cat has already learned how to avoid this mat entirely by either running across it like a maniac or stepping in the right spots where the electric lining is missing. My other cat, who is very skittish, stepped on the mat once and is now forever afraid of the kitchen. Unfortunately, the trouble maker continues on her quest to destroy the kitchen. My cat has been extremely difficult to deal with concerning the kitchen. She's climbing surface upon surface to knock things off shelves, climbs on the oven to lick pans and any remnant of cooking that can be found, moves the sink cover to lick the drain strainer, you name it and she's getting into it. I honestly didn't think anything would work to keep her in check, she's moved weights and dealt with every obstacle course I've created to stop her. At my wits end, I saw these and thought why not, I've tried everything else. I set the mats up today which took less than a minute to do and figured I'd wait for her to try and enter the kitchen to see if it works at all. As you can see by the video, she hates it. She hates the noise, she hates the shock, and ever since encountering the mat she just glares at the kitchen. I can not express how happy I am to finally keep her outside of the kitchen so I can no longer wake up to busted open bread, snack boxes, recycling bins tipped over, etc. If you're dealing with a monster, I strongly suggest you try these.

Seems to work so far. My kitties are avoiding it. The size was bigger than expected. Just wish it came with a rechargeable battery.

They have been great! I put them on my counters when I leave or go to bed and it keeps the cats off. I put them on my dining room chairs and now the cats do not get in them or get on my table. When I see that they have forgotten I put them back.

Best purchase decision made to save my Christmas tree from my cats. I didn't have any cats climbing in my Christmas tree and knocking off ornaments. This saved my sanity. The cats learned very quickly to not step on the mat.

Works great! Taught my cats to stay off my dining table. Plus they see the flashing green light so they know it's active.

Sin embargo, al recibir el pedido, únicamente llegaron dos paquetes, es decir, dos sets en total. Solicito amablemente el envío de los dos sets faltantes o una solución adecuada.

This worked fine for the first week but then worked sporadically, stopped working all together or the settings didn't work properly (i.e. I was getting shocked on the tone setting), it's cheaper than other brands but I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend - when it works its good but otherwise it's a waste of money.

So I ordered the two pack and recieved one. . I contacted Amazon and was told they couldn't send just one and to contact customer support. The customer support was of course AI and proved to be no help, so I contacted Amazon again and they gave me a partial refund.. which was fine but I actually just wanted my other mat. Now for the product.. at first I was skeptical as they didn't seem to work, but we got it figured out. They don't always go off on the dogs, but it does work! It has a 200s reset after the first shock so I think that's why.. anyway, they work well for keeping them off the couch. Had I recieved both of them as requested or gotten more support from the seller is rate a bit higher. Update: the seller contacted me and sent the other mat. If arrived the morning after!
