Intermatic EC200WK Electronic Countdown Timer - Efficient Control, Silent Operation, Versatile Applications - 5/10/15/30 Minute Countdown Timer

This Intermatic timer is slightly different than other timers. For one thing the timer settings are in 60/30/20/10 minute increments as opposed to 5/10/15/30 minute increments on other timers we've had in the past. This seems to be more functional in a bathroom venting setting such as we have. The start/on button is also more pronounced in this timer than others. The install is simple and straightforward and the quality seems good. It's a good value on the price as well.

I had this switch originally and it stopped working after 4 years, and bought a new one, was fairly easy to swap out.

These work great when they actually work. I haver several of them and they seem to die in 3-4 years so not really that dependable.

I've been using spring timers on bathroom fans for years, but they always seem to fail in 12-18 months and have to be replaced. We'll see how long this one lasts, but I really like the way it works. A selection of 5 - 10 - 15 - 30 minutes on the timer makes it easy to turn on as needed. And the countdown is accurate! 15 minutes is actually 15 minutes. Not easy to install if you have no electrical ability, so I'd recommend a professional if you've not done this before.

Works perfectly as a replacement for the old switch/timer. Easy connection,,,, leads had to be stripped off a bit more to have good contacts to existing wires.
