Use this tape all the time! Crisp lines, adheres well doesn't peel painted surface! Most bad reviews are a result of how the rolls stick together, so I would HIGHLY recommend to the company to install a plastic disk between the rolls to keep them from sticking. That being said, this stuff works really well for masking off areas to be spray painted. It is easy to maneuver when taping off rounded contoured areas and leaves nice crisp lines.

Very aggressive tape, not that clean to bend. Might be good to use on other stuff but I don't like to use it to paint on cars or on cups. Feels like your paint is gonna come off with it.

they need to ship these in a box, the rolls were pushed together & hard to separate. this is definitely easier to use than regular masking tape on rc bodies.

This is nicest, most durable tape I’ve used for masking purposes. I painted airplanes in the Navy and that was almost 30 years ago and we used tape similar to this. I’ve been looking for this type of tape since and just assumed it was made for the “ civilian” world. Glad it came across my feed. It sticks very well, it’s easy to cut and it leaves no residue. I’ve been using it on some old aluminum wheels for a Dodge Charger I’m restoring that are half bare aluminum and half painted and I couldn’t be happier using this tape!

Not bad for the price. A value purchase. Very sticky, but maybe too much because it left some glue residue on my project that I then had to clean off. Plus the rolls were stuck together where there wasn’t any plastic separating the rolls. (Summer temp issue?) Had hard time separating three of the rolls without distorting the whole roll. Paint edges did stay sharpe with no bleed thru. I’ve used 3M fine line tape which is very expensive, but you get what you pay for in this case. If you want cheap tape for a quick project, then this tape works well. If you’re painting a custom car, boat or motorcycle, not the tape to use!

Very good indeed. These tapes stop paint creep completely, which can easily occur under paper tape. The thinner vinyl tapes turn readily for creative shapes, again much more superior than standard tape. These are brilliant and very easy to use. Their tackiness is just about right. I noticed if you push them down very firmly adhesion increases markedly. Paper tapes can become difficult to remove if left masked up for several colour applications, over several days. They can even pull the paint. These vinyl tapes perform faultlessly and their performance remains constant, they don't degrade at all. My use of paper tape will drop markedly now to masking tyres when rim painting, admittedly in this regard paper tape works best. But in every other respect vinyl tapes are far superior.

I've been using these tapes with classes painting CO2 dragsters with acrylic paint and they are easy to apply, seal well at the edges and are easy to remove again.

Probably one of the best masking tapes I have used, brilliant for curves, easy and clean trims, great selection of sizes too.adhesion very good. Great buy.
