Much better taste than grocery store oil, even "quality" brands.
Very different from grocery store oil. Very fresh taste, nice throat burn (be careful if you drink it straight!). Best olive oil I've had yet.

Peppery, Powerful, and Actually Worth It
If you are used to bland grocery store olive oil that just quietly exists, this will wake you up. This oil has bite. Real peppery heat at the back of the throat. The kind that makes you cough once and then smile because you know it is loaded with polyphenols. It tastes alive. Grassy, slightly bitter in a good way, clean finish. Drizzled over tomatoes with flaky salt it turns into a full dish. On sourdough it feels indulgent. Even straight off a spoon you can tell this is not filler oil. It has structure and intensity. The bottle is solid, packaging is clean, and you can tell they care about freshness. It does not taste flat or oxidized. It tastes intentional. If you want mild and neutral, this is not your oil. If you want robust, high polyphenol, throat tingling olive oil that feels like it is doing something for you, this is it. Five stars. Would absolutely buy again.

Wonderful high polyphenol EVOO
This is a wonderful olive oil. Understand that it is bitter and peppery. I am so pleased with it, I have put it on subscription.

SPICY & PEPPERY
I liked this oil a lot. Used it as my morning shot, but it is SO peppery and spicy that towards the end of the bottle I was dreading my morning shot.
