Good experience
Arrived 2 days early. Chair parts in like new condition. Includes generic casters that feel to be of high quality although I used other 4" casters I already had for long carpet. Seller included gel keyboard wrist rest and mouse pad for free.

Garbage quality. Cheap "renewal".
What a joke. THe chair i recieved was not "RENEWED". I thought it had green paint all over it. I guess what happened is they took the green chair and tried to paint it black and thought i wouldn't notice.

The Chair Broke into Two Pieces After less than a Week with Minor Usage
I've used this thing for like 6 days with around 6 hours sitting time per day and I am not a heavy person. On the 6th day the chair back came off and ripped my butt when I fell to the ground. Be careful before you decide to buy it
