So far, they have really worked well. If you have a problem with waking up during the night like I do, these will help you fall back to sleep again, They are easy to use....just pop one out of the foil packet and put it under your tongue. No need for any water. They will be easy to pack so great for traveling!

I ordered this stuff not expecting it to work at all for me. I've always been a night owl, and my bedtime is usually around 5am, but I've wanted to normalize my sleep schedule for the longest time. Hard to fall asleep at 10pm when you just woke up at noon! I needed some help falling asleep but can't take over the counter sleeping pills, as I take Xanax as well for a panic disorder. A frind of mine told me about rescue remedy years ago and I remembered it, looked it up on here, and was stunned to see how highly reviewed it was. I ordered some and have used it three times, and all I can say is FINALLY! Something to help me fall asleep! It kicks in pretty fast, maybe 10 minutes? And then you just feel this natural sleepiness, your brain really does sort of shut off (my brain still wanted to keep going but I found it was 10,000 times easier to shut it off with this stuff) and before I know it, it's morning! I am so very thankful to have found this stuff, usually natural remedies don't work for me, but this stuff did! At this price, it's worth a shot! Ps- they taste just like orange tic tacs!

I actually really like these. They are TINY little capsules with liquid, they taste like lavender. Definitely different than anything I’ve tried for my insomnia. I do think they calm me and made a difference helping me get to sleep. My teenager tried them as well and didn’t mind them.

I’ve been very happy with this product. I’m able to fall asleep easily and if I get up during the night I still can fall asleep again. They are no side affects the next day. I highly recommend this product if you’re getting off melatonin.

I tried for myself (35yr old female, mom) and for my Autistic son (who it was intended for) and it didn’t work. He really struggles with anxiety around falling asleep and with staying asleep. I do think it’s just his circadian rhythm BUT I tried it as well and didn’t feel much if any effect. Could be different for you but that’s what we experienced.

First and foremost, these Rescue sleep remedy capsules are not your average 'pm/sleepy pills" most are use to taking. They are tiny but powerful if you take the appropriate amout based on your height/weight. I use these to relax when I'm stressed during the day and I also use these when I want a good night's sleep. I've also given these to my fiance after a hard day at work as well as my two dogs when they are dealing with different events causing anxiety such as fireworks or the noise from the New Years celebrations outdoors. They are extremely tiny capsules that dissolve fast in your mouth with very little taste. I've used Bach's brand for over ten years with great success. The Bach (liquid melts) states they are filled with the active ingredients of Bach Flowers and the box states it is all natural, non-narcotic & non-habit forming. I am not able to take any over the counter pain medicine such as Tylenol or Motrin so when I found Bach's Rescue I was elated. I am 5'9"/ 175lbs and I take two capsules to be mildly relaxed and when I want to have a good night's sleep I will take 3-4 liquid melts. My two resue dogs also take these when necessary. They suffer from anxiety and sometimes need to relax. **Yes my veterinarian said it was alright to give them Rescue liquid melts occassionally. I've given my 105lb. American Bulldog 2 liquid melts and my 67lb. Pitbull 1 liquid melt. They work well at calming my babies down when stressed. Be careful attempting to remove the capsules, I've lost a few because they are very small and when they pop out of the container they can be difficult to hold onto. No side effects or hangover feeling the next morning.

Really works getting you to feel sleepier.

Ideal if you are restless at night but do not want to take sleeping pills. It helps you fell asleep even if you have to wake up after 2/3 h. No groggy feeling, no dépendance to it. I highly recommend

Took it when my mind would not stop racing. No taste which is good. I put it under my tongue and it melted quickly. I only took 2 tabs. Gave my friend and she felt she needed 4 tabs to sleep well. The 2 she took didn’t work as well. Its a good product

I use Bach remedies for a lot of different things, and have done for years. I live near to Dr Bach's house and have seen how simply they are made, just a small bowl of water with different plant extracts, leaves, petals, bark etc, left to infuse in them in the open air, and that's it. As natural as can be. These tiny little capsules taste great and I just can't believe how effective they are. They dissolve on your tongue in seconds and you get a taste of orange, which is very pleasant and then you just drift off into a sound sleep.
