Very Nice Book, Short and Shorted

This book talks about fear and confidence. It's a good book to read. It mentions the ways to overcome fear and gain confidence. Good book. Any book is great if you can apply it in real life.

The book is written in simple understandable English providing simple steps to take on daily basis to over fear which is a common battle we face these days. Fear of all sorts of things like losing a job, loving someone, trying to change our mindset. What I liked about this book is that it gives you straight answers to do things, as things which are worth do not come easily and handy. Nothing written in this book is surprising or unknown but when you read it you feel you can overcome your inner battles in a step by step method. A recommendation for anyone who feels indecisive or less confident and fearful these days and during these unstable times.

Best book if you are finding purpose in life. This book will really motivate you. Must have book for all ❤️❤️

There is very little scientific research that seems to have gone behind the book. It's an opionated self help book which happens to be a collection do cliche articles that you will get in practically any self help book you pick up at a store. Nothing that challenges your brain or causes you to think. The book talks about winning your inner battles and has an entire section on how you can read 100 books a year. I don't see how reading a hundred books a year has anything to do with winning your inner battles. If you see the list of books the author recommends towards the end that tells you why this book is a typical self help book full of clichés. Because the author himself has been reading a bunch of cliche self help books and acting like an echo chamber for the same cliche ideas. This book is a fast read though. I picked it up on Kindle unlimited program and literally read it cover to cover in less than a couple of hours because the ideas are same old ideas echoed in a thousand other self help books. This made it an easy read. No pauses to think, nothing to reflect, no numbers or scientific data to digest or challenge. It's the typical self help books where each paragraph acts like a non coherent isolated cliche idea floating in mid air with no connection to any other ideas. Three stars to the author for his effort though but I really hope as the author matures he stops being an echo chamber for others and presents his own original ideas.

A very nice and concise book about the various things you can do to win your inner battles. Darius gives various examples that you can easily relate-to and apply in your daily life. I definitely took away some tips and for sure, will skim through this book again to note down important points.

This book is easy to read. There are many nice quotes and at the last part a lot of blog posts that help us to rethink about our life. Should read this book again
