I brought this pool as thought it would be a great buy for my myself and family to enjoy over the warmer period, after unboxing and filling up there is a tiny hole in the side and losing water from a seam underneath, I don’t no who to contact to get this recitfied as I cannot afford to be losing money on buying a new one when we cannot use this, there is no bord across the ladder either that makes getting in and out harder! The corners of the frame don’t lock on they are lose the top of the pool tilts inwards once it’s filled so it’s not correct measurement. So far I’m disappointed

Great pool and great price, I got this size to fit the space I had and was an upgrade from a previous pool. Arrived quickly and easy to assemble with 2 people. The box is big and heavy. From previous experience I never intended on using the filter pump so sold this. I use a sand pump and an air source heat pump.

Straightforward to build, easy to follow instructions.

Easy to put up but I was expecting a pool 2m wide but it’s only 1.75 around the rim/top so makes it feel very narrow. The filter is woefully inadequate for the pool. The steps don’t have a seat in the middle which I was expecting having had an intex pool before, was also surprised at no ground sheet but as we had bought interlocking foam mats not the end of the world. In all fairness it an expensive but disappointing purchase. If I was able to return it after assembling and filling it I would but I don’t think that’s an option.
