Its a really good protein for beginners. Tastes lightly sweet and is easily palatable once used to it in around 10-12 uses. It was light on the gut for me . It did not cause bloating but caused farting only for the first week . Any protein will take time for your gut to get used to. So i’ll allow that. Overall its a 10/10 for me.

Best plant protein available, especially for people like me, who have PCOS, it's green, soy free and whey free, doesn't cause bloating or any other health concern, easy in digestion, easy to mix, texture is like a normal milkshake also tasty and has value for money for the protein and quantity it serves.

Tried all the 3 flavours , Strawberry , Café Mocha and Chocolate , don't expect it to taste amazing , the flavour's just there to help you to hit your protein goals and not satisfy your taste buds , outta all the three flavours , Café Mocha does leave behind an strong aftertaste with the others leaving a subtle one . This protein's digests easily , has good macros and frankly does the job . It's Vegan certified as well so one needn't worry much about the Vegan aspect of it . It has few extra goodies in it such as the Green Tea extract to help your fitness goals . I personally consume this twice a day to aid my fitness regime , and after going through 3 kilos of this protein , it's something I'd order again and recommend to those looking for a decent vegan protein ! I'd love more flavours but honestly I'd rather just be happy as long as the protein's of a good and clean source tbh . Add 12.5 ounces of water for the Chocolate and Café Mocha , and for Strawberry 10.2 ish ounces of water should do just fine . Chase those gains and take care , much love 🖤

My worst protein powder experience, i am using whey for a very long time used both muscleblaze and ON , but believe me seeing all those reviews from youtube and amazon bought this , dont know about protein content and all but definetly i can say mixability is worst , and taste is worse than ON (i thought ON tastes is worst previously) , i took whey twice daily i thought of replacing whey with plant protein evening , but now i dont know what to do with the package and I never had any issues with digestion or nloating with whey , but with this plant protein actually i felt kind pf uneasiness in stomach My experience with this is not pleasant Anyway decided to finish my entire pack and thinking of gng to cosmix WORST MIXABILITY
