My 4 year old granddaughter loves this! It was not too difficult to assemble. Took about 45 minutes and is decent quality. A good compromise vs. the full size Barbie Dreamhouse. It folds up neatly when not in use. Has cute features like the swing chair and rooftop lounge area. She loves the full size bathtub.

Brought this for my cousins for Christmas. It was easy to assemble. Best part is that it folds and easy to put away. It was perfect for them since they have a small bedroom. Definitely worth the price

The house was very easy to assemble. My daughter loves all the features of the house, especially the rooftop patio. I love the space-saving feature that it folds up when not in use as we have a small house. If we could add one feature it would be a removable slide - that's the only truly noticeable difference between this and the larger dream houses that don't fold up. Unfortunately, both orange chairs came bent/warped and are completely unusable. A few of the stickers were missing as well. HOWEVER, Mattel Customer Service fixed these issues quickly for us, so still a 5 star review! She's been playing with this quite a bit! I also love that this house is much less money than the bigger Barbie dream houses. This was definitely a great purchase.

Daughter loved it. Instructions should have been more clear. Took a long time to set it up. Do like that you can close it up and put it away.

This was my daughter’s favorite Christmas present. I can see many many hours of play. She wanted a Barbie house and I didn’t want it to take up a lot of space and this was the best one on the market. I got it on sale and thought the price was a good point to make the purchase. The colors are bright and the rooms are fun, the top roof with the sunbathing area is her favorite feature. We haven’t had any issues with the house falling over or any parts breaking. I do have a fairly responsible kid and she does take care of her toys well.

Granddaughter adores this. Folds up nicely so can store. Hours of fun!!

I was worried about it arriving safe because of the other reviews and even though the box had a hole on the outside, everything was safe on the inside. The only thing that didn’t work was the little pink ball that hangs from the ceiling, not sure if that got damaged or just a flaw in the product. PSA:Ken dolls are a little too big for the elevator. My daughter loves it though!

Word of advice... When ordering this doll house, at check out make sure you click on "SHIP IN AMAZON PACKAGING" because if you don't it will ship in the manufacturers box and trust me, based on other reviews it will most likely arrive beaten up pretty bad. I did ask it be shipped in additional packaging and the box arrived without visible damage. Thank goodness, because it is a gift for a nine year old Christmas angel tree recipient and we wanted the box and hopefully the contents to be in good condition. The box itself is not small. 28"x16"x8" and weighs about 9lbs. Besides the fact it is a Barbie house what sold me was that it is foldable for easier storage. Bought it on cyber Monday so I feel the price was fair considering what I've seen elsewhere. Since we are not opening it ourselves we are hoping all the parts are there and nothing is broken.
