This is supposed to be great for mood
These look just like dinner rolls. I tore them apart and mixed with 3 other mushrooms types that I found in a mood supporting cocoa drink. Instead of cocoa, I use them in ramen. This one is very spongy in texture and a little meaty. I don’t soak, just cook 3 minutes in the ramen

Pleasant surprise. Very large mushrooms in very good condition. Consistently dried. Easy to use, immediately. I will re-order these as long as the price points remain at this level.

Lion mane, dried mushrooms
This was a fantastic value. Two large bags of perfectly dried mushroom caps. They grind up nicely for any anti-inflammatory tea or in doctrine you would like to make. A fantastic product for a great value.

Disgusting
When I saw just how much and how many of these mushrooms I got, I was excited. So I cook it up... and it tastes like roadkill. Which is disapointing. People say this stuff tastes like shrimp or lobster.... but I think the dehydration process just ruined it... I mean... it's aweful.

Preserved with sulfur
Some people are allergic to the preservative. It wasn't listed clearly in the order details of the product. Found out once it was received.

These have a nice flavor.

It’s ok
Why I received it it came broken up in pieces and not whole like it shows in the picture as soon as I cooked it or even boiled it they molded the next hour.
