How do you take the piece of plastic off that was holding the truck to the box!?

I’m having the same issue I unscrewed it and it still won’t come off

How do you make this thing work? It sort of just does what it wants and goes once in a while but there's no way to control when?

Three different shaped buttons on the top of the truck each button does a different function One is just the engine revving up the other is a growl the third makes it go open it’s mouth and roar It not very well built Our wheels broke the first day It a piece of junk

does it go forwards, in reverse and turn both directions?

it only moves forward and pops up

Pedí este mismo coche y nos mandaron otro pero en vez de tiburón un dinosaurio y encima nos llegó roto por debajo, en verdad es un coche normal como otro cualquiera por su precio lo veo demasiado caro
