Awesome and consistent.
This thing is no joke. I've used it for heavy lifting for months and there is no sign that it will tear! Tension has also held up well. Of course, you gotta really make sure that any exercise bands are well cared for. I don't use it with sneakers and always shield it with cloth where it rubs against my door anchor, etc. If you take good care of it, this will be quite useful! But it is expensive; hence the one star deduction.
