A Set out of a Fairy Tale
I appreciated the in-depth instruction booklet. Luckily I haven’t needed them yet but I’m grateful for the inclusion of back-ups for several pieces, including Chip! There are so many neat details: Maurice in the mirror, the inclusion of the animated stove, the rose stickers as well as the domed enchanted rose, the scratched-up portrait, the crow gargoyles, the grey stuff as a food item, and the reading armchairs. There being two Belles (one in her blue & white dress, the other in the gold ball gown) is great. The ability to switch between Beast & Adam via headpieces is a nice touch. I appreciate how the set includes spots to place/conceal whichever piece isn’t being used at the time rather than having users try to find one. I was rather giddy when I realized the castle library had a sliding ladder: you can make Belle do the thing she did in the bookshop! Two openable books are included as well. Of course, the main supporting trio are included as well as the wardrobe and a carrot cart for Philippe to pull. Overall, I really love this set!

This LEGO set is the perfect gift for anyone who loves Beauty and the Beast! The details are amazing, and the fun of building it makes it even more fantastic.

Cute but fragile
My 6yo loves all things Princess and loved this set. Her 8yo brother helped her build it. It is fun, but inevitably something falls apart while playing with it, and she gets frustrated. Maybe better for a little older/ more careful kid.
