There is a huge difference between ground cumin and cumin seeds. The seeds taste delicious toasted. I have a hard time finding the seeds so I ordered these through amazon. These Soeos Cumin Seeds came with enough seeds to last a year. They smelled fresh and after using them, they tasted delicious. I'll buy them again.

It's a lot more expensive than the fresh one and doesn't have as strong of a flavor but it's handy when I don't feel like running to the grocery. I use it to marinate fish, add it to tomyum hotpot, etc. Lemon grass is a magic ingredient that can turn any dish from a 5 to a 10 😆

I first used this in a marinade recipe… doesn’t disappoint. Nice texture and decent flavor.

I really like the Lemongrass in this ground format. It is versatile for many dishes and gives it that extra enhanced flavor. I like, that I do not have to shop several, stores to fund the fresh Lemongrass. This gets a permanent spot in my spice cupboard.
