Instructions not clear
This item has no real instructions for easy use. It comes with a page of what looks to be half baked unclear directives that no sane or logical person would be able to follow. This is a waste of money.

Great to have in your home when Grand kids come over and reset all passwords on your computer system as a joke and they cannot remember all the &&%%=$$ @ and alphas.You gotta love em.

Terrible
I have read it a lot of products on here and this by far is one of the worst. I paid a lot of money for this and it doesn’t work at all. I tried it on two computers and no luck.
