I have ordered “whole beans” coffee here for years. The quality is top notch. It’s quite expensive but usually worth it. This order they mistakenly sent “ground”. I contacted them and was offered half of my cost and “keep the grounds”. What am I supposed to do with ground coffee when my machine only uses whole beans! So much for being a loyal customer. So, that’s it then. I lost half of my money and have 3 bags of very expensive heavenly-smelling potpourri. I’m not happy and will no longer buy from them. Too bad I am forced to give them 1 undeserved star.
