The almond meal was just what my recipe called for. Texture was good, it was fresh and seems of good quality.

I have been using almond meal for cakes, scones and other baking needs. I find it gives the best texture and great flavor! I have not used SOAK but I am looking forward to using it for my silks and cashmere items.

I could not find the kind of grinded almond for baking in the US as needed in the recipe. But this product is very good for bsking.

This is very much so nicer than what you could obtain if you processed whole, blanched almonds in a food processor yourself. It is fine, moist, and high quality. Give it a try in your baked goods!

These are the consistency of very finely ground almonds. The exact type that I want for making Russian tea cakes. They came out great this year.
