Favorite supplement for bodybuilding
My favorite supplement. I love the taste! I love what this does and includes a milk thistle too for liver/kidney health! Only downside is the cost.

first off this stuff is actually really tasty. i mean i know that's not the most important thing there is but honestly if it tastes like crap you're probably not gonna keep using it and that's not going to help you at all! and since its from such a well known company, with years of solid research youre gonna want to use this. now the main advantage to this is that its loaded with amino acids that aid in the recovery post workout, at least that's how i use it. you can also use it pre workout totally up to you, but i prefer after. i've noticed that since taking it im seeing better growth and more stamina as well as less fatigue and a bit more energy. overall i'd say if your looking to supplement your routine this one's a winner.

Powder rotten hard rock
Powder was hard as rock, I had cut powder with knife, horrible quality , usually when buy local store no issues, This 3rd container that was rotten . Don't buy unless purchase at store will do replacement, My friend received bad container like mine directly from website 5% refuse give replacement or return , switching back to human pro .

Something's different.
I've been ordering and drinking this stuff since before Rich died. Love the watermelon flavor tastes almost like the real thing. Well not anymore. This last jug doesn't taste like watermelon at all. I'm not even sure what it tastes like. Either my my jug got mislabeled or they changed a formula that didn't need changing.
