LK-S450 Electronic Keyboard with Touch Sensitive, Lighted Keys, LK-S450C5

This keyboard is just brilliant… I spent hours going back and forth between different keyboards on here, reading reviews and product specs etc looking for something that ticked as many boxes as possible. Im so very glad I went for this one. My reason for writing the review is that when I was reading reviews and product details I was left with a few queries which I now want to answer…:) Yes it comes with a uk plug, it also comes with two other plugs that I don’t think we need so definitely no shortage on plugs It also takes 6 aa batteries, it goes through these pretty fast though so you wouldn’t want to rely on that method unless using rechargeables. They started to run out after one day of a lot of use. When they start to run out the keyboard just turns off… you can turn it on and play again for ten mins or so and then it turns you off again…. Not a problem just an observation… it doesn’t just get quieter and run out that way. It comes with 160 pre recorded songs, and 200 ‘user songs’ which are empty and I assume are places to store your own downloaded songs… One of the features of this keyboard is that you can download any midi music file and it will translate it into a lesson, lighting up the keys for you to play along. I haven’t yet tried this though. The 160 pre recorded songs/lessons work like this: you can select easy mode, this lights up the keys and you press them at your own pace, meaning you can learn the song at a slower speed, it also has listen mode which plays it for you at correct tempo and then watch mode where you try to play along at correct speed by following the keys, if you aren’t quick enough it shouts out different numbers at you, maybe from 1 to 4? not quite figured out what the numbers mean yet but they definitely mean you’re not pressing the keys at right speed! We’ve been using easy mode mainly at this stage,no shouting teacher just a beautiful piece of music played like a beginner practicing alone :) In easy mode you can even learn the hands separately before trying to put them both together, this helps you work out which notes are supposed to be played by each hand. You can select left, right or both. the pieces of music included are really good, some even have background instruments playing along , you end up sounding really good, like a pianist!! and it’s so inspiring! I bought it for my 12 year old son and he’s barely been off it since he got it yesterday, practicing beautiful songs over and over… ite a win for the player and the listeners! The sound quality is brilliant sounds like there’s a piano in the room :) the speakers on the top have fabric tops not just the plastic of the keyboard, thr whole thing looks and performs like a really quality item. Theres so many more features we’ve not even explored yet, the different sounds, rhythms, theres so much potential in this keyboard… I truly can’t rate it highly enough! So worth buying 🙏 I did not expect it to be anywhere near as good as it is, it’s just so good! Oh I forgot! There is a music stand included, it clips into the back of the keyboard…. This wasn’t shown in pictures …it’s perfect for either sheet music or holding your tablet or phone :) Additional review,,, it’s a day later, my sons been out all day so I have been playing it a lot! It is so good but the thing I really want to mention is that I’ve learnt a song (well the right hand!) and csn now play it from memory and this is only due to the method of learning through the lighted keys. I learnt piano as a child and can read music but have never been able to remember a song without having the music in front of me. This method of seeing the music on the keys not on paper means that your brain learns what the music looks like on the keys… this means you remember without having to read music! This is a complete game changer, and the fact that you can download any song you like online means you can now learn any song you want to though this keyboard. This is brilliant for kids, but it’s also brilliant for adults… I can’t think of anyone that wouldn’t benefit from this keyboard no matter how good they are :) Seriously good piece of kit :)

Product is well made and an excellent feel in the keyboard with brilliant sound and choice of voices. Good selection of practice songs and Lighted keys great help for a beginner. It could get you into a bad habit of looking at the keys rather than concentrating on getting the note length and rhythm correct Instruction book included rudimentary . You will need to refer to manual on line which is over 200 pages long.

Absolutely fabulous item this is my second Casio now you definitely need to buy the dongle to connect to your computer or iPad without that. You really only got half of the item working but once you’ve got the dongle or you can connect absolutely perfect item and great present.

A nicely sized compact digital piano. The sound quality is surprisingly good, though likely not yamaha p125 level, but more than sufficient for a piano to learn with. The features are clear and intuitive to use.

Came with a 2 pin plug. Opened by my kid for christmas so fuming! Someon3 needs to fix this!

A great teaching aid with light up keys. Weighted keys are nice and overall super product. No faults I can state and kids love it.

Premessa: sono un chitarrista/ukulelista quindi ho già un po' di orecchio musicale, cercavo una tastiera per principianti che mi aiutasse a muovere i primi passi nel mondo delle tastiere Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal prodotto, sicuramente i suoi punti di forza sono: ✅️ Qualità dei suoni: sono rimasto impressionato, considerando il prezzo contenuto la differenza rispetto ad una entry level da 100-150 euro c'é e si sente. Anche la parte di strumenti da orchestra come i fiati si difende bene e il fatto che ha i tasti sensibili alla pressione (anche se NON sono pesati) permette di creare varie dinamiche. Volume generale buono ✅️ Sistema di lezioni: il fatto di avere già un pacchetto di canzoni studiate a step e poter impostare i vari parametri (selezionare una mano o entrambe, esercitarsi su dei loop, il sistema in cui vedi i tasti e volendo ti dice anche quale dito usare) funziona; dato il piccolo schermo LCD rimane leggermente limitato ma con un tablet a supporto da il meglio di sé ✅️ App Casio Music Space: Fantastica, é un'ottima integrazione e permette di avere a schermo un sacco di supporti. Apprezzo questo perché in questo modo si riesce a tenere contenuto il prezzo della tastiera e offrire molto di più. Nota importante: con l'app é possibile caricare le proprie canzoni preferite in formato MIDI e creare le lezioni a step con il supporto dei tasti illuminati, wow 😍 ❌️ Modulo bluetooth: non é integrato ma se desiderato (non fondamentale ma comodo) é da acquistare a parte ❌️ Mancanza scheda audio: le uscite sono il minimo indispensabile e non c'é integrata una scheda audio 🎹 Conclusioni: nonostante qualche piccola mancanza per tenere il prezzo basso (comunque compensabili in futuro con acquisto a parte) Casio ha fatto un buon prodotto. Il sistema di apprendimento facilità il principiante e la qualità dei suoni permette di goderseli anche una volta che su é presa la mano, per me é una ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Produit conforme à la description. Très bonne qualité sonore (ne fait pas "jouet"). Les touches lumineuses facilitent l'apprentissage. Idéal pour débuter le piano, il s'agit d'un premier achat pour s'initier au piano et j'en suis très content, les enfants également. Je recommande.
