Does this cord have the fiber optic core like the official oculus cable?

The official Oculus cable is not a fiber optic cable, it is just a regular old high speed cable that is way over priced.

Will this cord work with 30-series cards? specifically 3070 rtx

From my understanding the cable is to be connected to your regular USB outlet or usb-c outlet on your computer (connected to your motherboard). Can this cable Handel your 3070? Absolutely. It says all 20 serious and up. Now, if you have an adapter to plug it in directly to your GPU (your RTX 3070), I don't see any problem with it as long as you have the adapter to the HDMI or to the DVIE connection on the GPU. Me personally, I would plug it in the the computer. I hope someone else would also elaborate on this subject too.

does it charge while you use it? i have a aniope usb cable that doesnt charge while you use it, i heard you need a usb c like this one

It does keep the headset charged. I have been able to play it for a while without losing power.

Would this link cable help with bad internet? (Referring to high ping on airlink) wifi 2

High ping is going to be latency from the Wi-Fi router (and possibly the internet in general). To know if it's the router or the internet, you'd want to run ping/speed tests on a PC or other device that is hard wired to the router (CAT5/6) instead of using Wi-Fi, then do the same with Wi-Fi connected devices and look at the differences in results. If you have high ping regardless of if it's Wi-Fi or Hardwired (Hardwired is always gonna be lower but if it's still roughly the same, then odds go up it's the internet (still could be the router, be best to test with another router but who has that laying around...). If it's MUCH MUCH lower ping when you hardwire, it's the Wi-Fi connection and cord could definitely help... Just remember Wi-Fi connections (Air-Link) is ALWAYS going to be higher...
