These are great shakers. I use one for pink salt crystals & the other for chia seeds. The ability to shake out both products and being able to control the volume that comes out was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting to have to modify them but they work fine. The tops come off easy when refilling and they are capable of holding large quantities of whatever you put in them. Because its stainless steel they will last a very long time.

I use this stainless steel dredge shaker every time I make sourdough bread, and it’s become one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. Love this salt shaker. This is restaurant grade and you will find it at any restaurant kitchen. I love using it when I cook meats or when I prep salads.

Salt is the enemy of steel, and vice versa. Otherwise, I love the shaker. I got a set of two and planned to use for popcorn salt which requires the tiny holes. Within a few months the salt ate right through the thin wall of the shaker and the inside bottom had begun to corrode. I should have realized this would happen. I pitched it and am now using the remaining shaker with a thin plastic 'baggie' as a liner and a few grains of rice to keep the powdery salt from caking. Works great. I remove the lid for cleaning after every few uses just to be sure it does not corrode.

Perfect - provides enough opening for powdered sugar to spread around on the item(s), but not so much as to make a mess!

My husband has decided he really likes cinnamon toast lately. Rather than mixing cinnamon sugar constantly I determined it would be nice to have a shaker of cinnamon sugar at hand. I found this little shaker, and bought it with the idea that if it didn’t work, it wouldn’t be a total loss. It was surprisingly a very good buy and works perfectly from my intended use.

I bought this specifically for two reasons. To season burgers easily on the grill and to dispense powdered sugar onto waffles Sunday morning. It shines like chrome and performs like a finely tuned engine. Far exceeded my expectations for quality and workmanship.

great for flouring work surfaces, holes are a bit big for powdered sugar though. handle and screw cap feel a little cheap as is reflected in the price. easily holds a cup of flour. overall serves it's function very well, this isn't a bad way to go if you need one of these.
