This USA Pan roasting and deep lasagna pan is easily one of the best-quality pans I’ve used. The construction is solid and heavy-duty—no warping, no bending, and it feels like it will last for years. The depth is perfect for big lasagnas, casseroles, roasted vegetables, or even baking larger meats. The nonstick coating is outstanding. Food releases effortlessly, even with cheesy lasagna layers or sticky sauces. Cleanup is unbelievably easy—most of the time it just needs a quick rinse, and everything slides right off. The textured surface also helps with even baking and browning. I also love that it’s made in the USA and feels like true professional-grade cookware at a reasonable price. I have other USA Pan bakeware and they make fantastic bakeware that stands the test of time. It's very difficult to find a good rectangular metal pan that is deep and comes with an airtight lid, so I'm glad I tried this one. It's the perfect size for lasagna and other one-dish roasted meals as it's a really good size at about 14"x10" without the handles and 3"deep. Be sure to use utensils that won't scratch surfaces when cutting into it to preserve the surface. The real test for me was how it baked and preserved a cake, and I was thrilled. The cake baked evenly, turned out perfectly moist after baking all the way through without drying out the edges, and the bottom was perfectly golden brown. It's deep enough to have a cake that is a couple of inches tall while still having plenty of height for a thick layer of frosting. Then the best part is having a lid that is truly airtight and kept the cake as moist as when it was first baked 4+ days later. It's fairly priced for the quality, and I know USA Pans last for many years. I highly recommend this versitle pan.

Was looking for lasagna pans for use in delivering lasagnas to a local charity from time to time. Wanted something deep and strong enough for a hearty lasagna. Also wanted some form of handle b/c these lasagnas can get pretty heavy. And, yes, frankly, wanted pans that I could go back and reclaim (in order to make future lasagnas) but where it would not be a catastrophe if the pans went missing in a large communal kitchen. (Just being practical). Was thrilled with these---made two very heavy lasagnas, refrigerated overnight and then took them to the venue. The pans worked extremely well, and putting my name on the pans with a Sharpie did the trick so I could reclaim the pans. One more thing--I wanted handles that did not add a lot of height or width to the pans....as some do. That would make it tougher to put in the fridge, etc. These are great, IMO. In summary, these are strong, easy to clean, have a nice depth, and are streamlined so as to fit easily into the fridge and modest-sized oven. These are a great find--especially for my purpose. P.S. The lasagnas were both eaten so they must have tasted pretty good (or at least that is what I am telling myself).

This is a seriously great product. I went looking for a made-in-the-US roasting pan, and found these. I got two of them because I serve large groups and two fit perfectly into my oven, side by side. The big handles on the end made them easy to lift, even with a 10-pound load. The non-stick surface made it a breeze to clean them, and they were impossibly disgusting after five hours of roasting pork, so that was really appreciated too. And finally: the price is very reasonable for what you get with these: a simple design, highly functional, easy to clean kitchen work horse.

Best pan ever. Does not scratch easily, nonstick coating lasts as long as you take care of it, and quality is unbeatable. I have had nothing but great experiences with products from this brand. Highly recommend this!

Miro mucho y leo críticas de mercado en USA y UK antes de comprar cualquier producto. Esta es la bandeja más alta que hay, todavía no la he estrenado pero seguro que la lasaña lucirá mucho al ser de esta altura. Es una bandeja muy bien acabada, algo pesada y es grande. Apta para 6 a 9 porciones. Cuidado no dañar la cobertura al quitar el pegamento de la etiqueta que cuesta bastante.

Pricey but excellent material, finishing and my cakes and breads end product is superfine . No sticking no burning. I love the USA pans and bundt pans.

J'ai acheté ce plat principalement pour faire de la lasagne et du pâté chinois en grande quantité pour congélation. Je suis agréablement surprise par la qualité du plat et combien il est facile à nettoyer. Je n'ai pas huilé le plat avant d'y mettre et de faire cuire une méga lasagne avec du fromage et absolument rien n'a collé. Je l'ai simplement lavé avec une eau à vaisselle savonneuse et une éponge sans frottage excessif puisque il était juste un peu graisseux à cause du peu d'huile d'olive de ma sauce.

Great pan that is the *perfect* size for lasagna-no more having to break the pasta to make it fit! Six noodles fit in perfectly from end to end, and it is deep enough to put three layers with enough space left over on top so that the sauce won't overflow. It's a nice, solid pan with a good weight to it and feels very sturdy. I've been looking for a proper-sized lasagna pan for a long time and am very happy to say that I've finally found it.

Tengo varios moldes USA pan y no había tenido queja, todo lo contrario. Éste molde parecía igual, de buena calidad pero al primer uso empezó a perder el antiadherente y a mancharse a pesar de usarlo con cuidado y con pala de silicón, y como ya habían pasado los 30 días de garantía en Amazon no pude regresarlo ni cambiarlo.
