I really enjoy Indian spice flavors in many recipes, and also use this seed mix to top some breads I bake.

Very flavorful spice mix
I used this for a recipe making Kholrabi the day I received it. It was the first time I had fixed this vegetable and I was very pleased with the way it tasted. I am very fond of Indian cuisine so I hope to use it fairly often.

MUST HAVE to make excellent Bengali/Indian dishes.
The flavor is excellent and distinctive...great in may Indian and Bengali Dishes---AND an interesting flavor to sprinkle on some of your grill creations.
